I stayed at the Inn on St Peter for two nights end of August. My room was cozy and clean. I especially liked the bathroom, however, on my last night, I did find a little roach crawling from under the sink! I should've reported it but didn't have the time as I was always out and came back late. Also,...

We loved it. Our room was clean, very nice, and right in the heart of the quarter. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing it does not have, is an elevator, so just be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. The staff is exceptional, and very friendly!

Great little boutique hotel. Please keep in mind that this building was built in the 1800s so if that sort of thing doesn't appeal to you, don't go here. There was a tiny courtyard to walk through and a narrow staircase to access our room. That could be a problem for some if there isn't another way to access the...

Our room was somewhat small and the water pressure was less than optimal but those were really the only negatives for me. When we arrived they were repainting the balcony floorboards but this is expected as continual maintenance and upkeep is what keeps these old buildings in good shape. Check in was fast and hassle free which was perfect since...

We chose the lowest price / smallest room. Was perfect for being out and about all day. Bed was super comfy and the room was spotless. Staff was supurb! You cannot beat the location. Self parking is close at $50 a day.

The hotel was built in 1805 and in in amazing condition. Located within blocks of Bourbon street and St Louis cemetery no 1 the final rest for Marie Letrec. There is a bar across the street and many great shops and restaurants too.

The Inn at St. Peter is a charming authentic New Orleans inn, just several blocks up from Bourbon Street with the nicest and friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Accommodations were spacious, clean and all rooms have a Keurig😄

Located right in the heart of the Quarter, easy to walk anywhere, yet far enough from Bourbon that night action didn'the keep me awake. Was pleasantly impressed with the room upon arrival & loved the balcony. Nice, quaint and clean (other than the sand on the floor which is the direct result of road construction in front of hotel. It...

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
