The property was absolutely not habitable. Found evidence of bug infestation in the bathroom. Room was painted (some time ago) and appeared to have been painted by a non professional. Bed covers and linen were dirty. Mold was found growing on wall outside bathroom. No air conditioning and we were not told about it not working until after we checked...

It should be a crime for this hotel to operate. The sheer disregard for consumer's rights is just open season for highway robbery at this place. The rooms are dirty and the room I was given wasn't even cleaned after the last guest, the beds were not touched since they had left, plus no electricity at all in the room....

I booked a three night stay in a 2 bedroom room that I planned on splitting the cost of with a few friends. On booking.com’s official website the Midtown Hotel had listed that there was no upfront cost of renting a room. It was actually advertised right underneath the name along with an alert saying that there were only a...

I went through a third party site, and this hotel was given to me. I would not recommend any one stay here. The carpets are stained and dirty, the bed spread has a hole in it. It is extremely outdated, but the outdated part isn't really the concern. I doesn't smell clean and everything look so shabby. I feel completely...

It was the worst possible experience I ever had as a guest. I am from the Hospitality industry and this coming from me is a shocker since we people know the ins and out and are quite considerate. Dirty bed sheets, bed bug infested mattress, Roaches crawling around, clogged shower tub, musky smell, damp and leaky roof, broken elevators, they...

It was the worst possible experience I ever had as a guest. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights to spend our Thanksgiving holiday in New Orleans. it was late around 12.30am by the time we checked in to the hotel. The guy at the front desk checked us in to Room number 331. We went upstairs to only...

Where do I begin? I planned on staying overnight in LA; and went on Kayak. First issue, was with Kayak, Priceline and all these companies. I selected (based on price) and they displayed 4 known chains as one of the places I'd end up. After I paid, I got this which was NOT one of their listed possibilities. Only then...

My friend and I (both women, in our 20's) booked this hotel due to location and budget. We didn't stay longer than 10 minutes. Please be advised this hotel is in a terrible neighborhood and we feared for our safety. It is shocking to me they allow people to book here as the surroundings are unsanitary and very unsafe. When...
