It was the worst possible experience I ever had as a guest. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights to spend our Thanksgiving holiday in New Orleans. it was late around 12.30am by the time we checked in to the hotel. The guy at the front desk checked us in to Room number 331. We went upstairs to only... More

It was the worst possible experience I ever had as a guest. I am from the Hospitality industry and this coming from me is a shocker since we people know the ins and out and are quite considerate. Dirty bed sheets, bed bug infested mattress, Roaches crawling around, clogged shower tub, musky smell, damp and leaky roof, broken elevators, they... More

Where do I begin? I planned on staying overnight in LA; and went on Kayak. First issue, was with Kayak, Priceline and all these companies. I selected (based on price) and they displayed 4 known chains as one of the places I'd end up. After I paid, I got this which was NOT one of their listed possibilities. Only then... More

My friend and I (both women, in our 20's) booked this hotel due to location and budget. We didn't stay longer than 10 minutes. Please be advised this hotel is in a terrible neighborhood and we feared for our safety. It is shocking to me they allow people to book here as the surroundings are unsanitary and very unsafe. When... More

This was without question the worst hotel experience of my life. It was so bad it defies belief or discription. Filthy everything, roach infested, dirty sheets with toenail clippings and public hair. I had been sitting on the curb on burbank street just an hour before thinking that was dirty. It was cleaner than this hotel room. Oh and the... More

Holy God this place is a nightmare. The first tip off is the rules at the front desk. No guests after 9 pm, "ABSOLUTELY no refunds," etc. Blood stains on the way in, mold everywhere, the elevator certification expired in 2013... I could go on but you could just Google this place to see the previous hotel OWNER was MURDERERED... More

Old dirty carpets in hall and room, very musky odor, very unsanitary . No ice machine and microwave available for guests. I booked thru Expedia. The Property Manager very rude, she needs customer service class. Also a dirty pool, I was very afraid to use.The housekeeper/maid were very pleasant.

Friendly staff. That's about the only positive thing I can say. The place is falling apart. There was mold and water damage in every corner of the room. They keep the AC completely off, so walking in was like getting hit in the face with about 90 degrees of disgusting smelling air. It took a good 2 hours to get... More

I think it is probably safer to sleep on a street corner than it is to sleep in this hotel. I reserved this hotel on Expedia looking for a cheap hotel to spend the night before my early morning flight out of New Orleans. The saying "saving money costs money" could never be more true. Driving to the hotel I... More

This place is a total nightmare. Cockroaches in the carpet, a strong odor throughout the building, rude staff, broken elevator, and lots of mold. Despite the fact that we didn't spend a single night in this hotel which we had 3 nights booked at, we were denied any sort of reimbursement. Avoid this place at all costs. The conditions are...
