You can't beat the location of the Bourbon Orleans but once you get there, you realize what a fantastic property it is! The rooms are wonderful with exceptional bathroom facilities. The staff was amazing and helpful at every turn. Just remember if you want to order the cookies and milk, you have to do that before 10:00 or you're out...

Just got back from a 3 night stay. The location can't be beat. You are close to everything. We were able to check in early and get our room. The front desk staff were all very helpful and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We stayed on the sixth floor which is supposed to be one of the more haunted...

The Bourbon Orleans Hotel is perfectly located in the French Quarter - walk out the door and wander down to Bourbon St, to Jackson Square and on to the Mississippi River. High ceilings in the lobby, dark red walls and charcoal tiles in the bathrooms, and white interior shutters in the room give the hotel character. Staff are professional and...

Loved the rooms, the staff was nice and the value was awesome. Ron the concierge was very helpful. The only negative was the 4 dollar popcorn after spending over $40.00 on 4 Vodka and tonics. Usually popcorn or nuts are usually complimentary

Amazing service and staff. Room was a little high priced. The location was wonderful and there was a reason I did not sleep, but it was not because of the cloud like bed. Will be back for sure in the near future.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
