The service was wonderful. The breakfast was good and elegantly served considering the space available. The king room we were assigned was too way small to be comfortable. The bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. I would not stay there again. I consider the cost to be at least triple compared to the value received. We have traveled extensively...

We were sitting eating breakfast and Kim Williams walked by said good morning. She asked how everything was going. I told her the mattress in our room had springs coming out of it. She was very upset said let me see what I can do. A few minutes later we were packing up and moving to a handycap room which...

Friendly staff and great daily breakfast. Beautiful gardens and well maintained grounds. Carpets could be cleaner and furnishings need updating in the rooms. Nearby grocery stores offered good cheap homemade foods.

Hotel St Pierre is such a special place. only 79 rooms around courtyards. Rooms are clean and comfortable, Hot breakfast each day is very good. Staff is polite and helpful. It is within 5-6 blocks from Jackson Square. Easy walking to anywhere in the Quarter. This is my number 1 choice of hotel in New Orleans

My husband and myself stayed here over the weekend of St. Patrick's day it was just busy enough to be engaging but quite enough that when we were done with the evening we weren't disturbed. I would recommend this sweet place to anyone!

Great welcome, service, room and location. All staff were polite, helpful and friendly and our room was well furnished , including a super comfortable bed . We stayed at 4 different hotels on a recent trip to New Orleans and surrounds and this was by far the best. We'll certainly use again .

It was my first time to New Orleans, so staying in the heart of it all was important to me. I loved the location of Hotel St. Pierre and the quaint structure that so projected the history and legacy of the place. The staff was attentive with great customer service. The breakfast was inviting and tasty, every morning. I brought...

Great hotel for a three day stay near French Quarter. Close to Bourbon St. and Armstrong Park. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Bathrooms were a bit gross as it seemed there was blood on the walls and shower curtains.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.

On the National Register of Historic Places, the Hotel St. Pierre, with its authentic French Colonial cottages dating back to the 1700's, embodies the architecture, romance, and ambiance of a bygone era. Contributing greatly to the hotel's charm is the relaxed atmosphere of this quiet residential section of the French Quarter. One would never guess its proximity to world class dining, culture, and the lively nightlife of Bourbon Street. Secluded lush tropical courtyards, balconies, pools, and fountains help make this the perfect spot for a family vacation, romantic escape, or storybook wedding, as well as for incentive trips, reunions, and family vacations.
