This hotel is right off Carondelet, which turns into bourbon right after canal. It’s about a literal two block walk to bourbon. This hotel is modern and the service was awesome. Guy at the front who checked us in (I wanna say Brian) have us...More
Service very poor. Took two days to get the room cleaned and fresh linens provided. Small crowded room. No sitting area. No light over the closest area.
Big convention in town, not equipped to handle that type of volume.More

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am so sorry for the lack of consistency displayed from our Style team in servicing your room and can imagine how frustrated you were when you were overlooked.
Awesome hotel! Great spot close to wherever you need to go. Great vibe in the lobby bar! The service was great and we loved the decor. The staff was great and the hotel seems to be well run and maintained.
I always caveat my reviews by saying this is what works for me and my family, so take that into consideration when reading my feedback.

Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
