Location! Location! Location! Nowhere is this more important than the French Quarter where the sights, sounds and adventures are unlimited. Maison DuBois will beckon and entice you with an ambiance More unmistakably New Orleans. First time visitors are struck by the lush tropical foliage of hibiscus, banana trees, jasmine and queen palms that line the courtyard while the fountain splashes playfully into the pool's waters. Each guestroom is uniquely decorated to enhance their comfort and appeal. Less

Faubourg Marigny & Bywater
Nestled between the French Quarter and the Ninth Ward, the Faubourg Marigny & Bywater environs are largely residential. Of course, folks around here love to go out and have a good time as much as they do anywhere in NOLA. And if out-of-towners want to join in the festivities, well then so much the better! Home to some of the most revered live music venues in New Orleans, an eclectic gaggle of gourmand dining destinations, and a come-as-you-are vibe that’s as infectious as it is alluring, this is real deal New Orleans oozing with southern hospitality and the promise of a most epic night out. For endless opportunities to boogie, to admire row upon row of lovingly restored homes, and to escape the fray of the more touristic parts of town (but still live it up in grand style) head to Faubourg Marigny & Bywater.

Location was great for Jazz Fest, but everything else was downhill from there. The place is just oddly appointed. The main suites are upstairs, where there is a nice sized dining room and parlor area, but the upstairs kitchen has nothing but a fridge and...More

Our stay at Maison DuBois was wonderful. Convenient location close to French Quarter. We walked everywhere we went. The owners and staff accommodating and we loved the courtyard pool area. Hope to visit again!

Super convenient location, full of olde worlde charm. Has a small pool and jacuzzi out back. Comfortably appointed and staff come and go like ghosts, leaving you to enjoy the surroundings. Breakfast would arrive in the form of pastries, sweets and fruit. Put it in...More

I can't overstate how happy we were with Maison DuBois. Our group of friends rented four of the five rooms here for a 4-night stay. We worked with the property owner directly, who was very helpful and gracious, and also very willing to let us...More

This was a great B&B, but there's about a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the bedroom and bathroom doors and a large window above each door. So essentially you can hear everyone coming and going, you can hear someone using the bathroom, and...More
