Our room was comfortable and quiet and the location is great. The public spaces are attractive but obviously they didn't have professional help with the guest rooms. Our room certainly didn't look like a $400 a night room. Other downsides:: there is no coffee pot in the room

We really wanted to take this long body pillow when we left but we behaved.
My daughter loved being pampered in her Ponchatrain robe in her King size bed
