Had a great stay, clean room, comfortable bed, nice exercise room. I really enjoyed my stay. The bar in the lobby was also a perk I didn’t know about initially. The food and drink selection was great for a hotel bar. I’ll be back for sure!

From the moment we arrived at Marriott, Mike was the first to greet us, take care of all of our needs (including an umbrella for the rainy weekend) and remember us by name. We felt like our stay was personalized to our needs, and the Marriott was sure to take care of us like family. Thank you to Mike, staff, and the wonderful ladies at the Starbucks. Also, the bartenders were sure to keep us well taken care of- the espresso martini was a favorite along with the honey infusions they had for my daily tea ritual. Happy Holidays Marriott!

Amazing experience! Food and drinks were 10/10! All employees made the experience even better! They have fun with their jobs. Jojo the bartender went above and beyond making sure all aspects of our meal and drinks were something we will come back for! He deserves all the praise for his infectious personality and attitude!

Food was good, atmosphere nice. Can tell it’s new as they are ironing out the fine details but overall it was a wonderful experience. Server Jamal was super friendly, the coffee was strong and delicious. We had eggs Benedict and shrimp and grits. Not our favorite shrimp and grits bc it was very barbecue tasting but still good. Eggs Benedict was classic and cooked well.

The best thing about this hotel is head valet Mike and his valet crew! They are a friendly staff, courteous, and they retrieve your car quickly. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the front desk agents or the managers. They apparently don’t understand what a $20/day food and beverage credit is supposed to be. They didn’t even ask “how was your stay?” when I checked out! Concierge Rhoda however was outstanding with her description and instructions on how to use the streetcar system and even gave us a map with her markings.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and considerate. Brittaney and Mike were helpful and all assistance was quick and easy. The rooms are clean and tidy, the air con/heat was perfect and quickly cooled or heated the room. I would recommend staying at this hotel especially if you are attending a conference in NO.

Great location if you are attending a conference at the convention Center. Especially if your conference is at the North End (Hall A). The convention center is enormous, it’s 1 km long. So if you’re farther south there are a few other options. The official conference hotel was the Hilton and this looked way better. Much closer to the convention center and much smaller and quiet (almost had an Autograph collection boutique hotel type vibe). Hotel was recently remodeled (I was here years ago before for another convention). I’m a platinum elite and got M club access. They had breakfast and small snacks at dinner. The breakfast did get a little monotonous (bacon, scrambled eggs and grits or oatmeal) so I went to the Starbucks my last morning (which is attached to the lobby of the hotel). The M Club is physically quite nice but I’m don’t think I would pay extra for it just due to the monotonous food situation. In my opinion the best hotel for a New Orleans Convention center conference.

We stayed for 8 days/nights in the hotel and dined multiple times in the hotel restaurant. While ALL the servers were courteous, welcoming, & attentive, J. J. was awesome in her professionalism, attention to detail, & just all around relatability! I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try for dinner, if you’re in the NOLA area! I actually looked forward to dinner or drinks there, knowing J. J. would be taking care of our needs and wants! I don’t usually do these surveys, but when I experience quality service, I reward it with praise (& of course, tips)! Check her out!
