Clean, friendly hotel. Pool and hot tub and jacuzzi and gym were all a nice touch. Special shout out to Officer Huey. Me being the genius that I am, I forgot a drawerful of clothes. I contacted the hotel and thanks to their quick work got everything FedEx’ed to me within a couple of days. Painless. (I still don’t recommend leaving stuff behind though haha.)
First time at Loews hotel chain. This was a last minute stay I booked at 2AM on a Thursday night and I’m glad I did!! The hotel service was excellent. I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. The front desk even gave my dog a bowl, a mat and poop bags!! I had no idea the final four was the same weekend, no wonder traffic was bad!! The bath robe in the room was very comfortable!! We didn’t really explore New Orleans because it was an overnight stay but I can tell it was in a great location. We had the breakfast buffet before we checked out. Food was good and service was great! Will return again.
Room were very comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel very courteous & accommodating. We were able to use different areas of the hotel for all guests. The lobby bar, the pool area and convention rooms for all of the guests.
Recent stay here for trade conference. After leaving and hour outside of New Orleans realized left my wallet in the room. The house keeper turn it in and Officer Huey took care of getting it back to me. Thank You
Never lets us down from the ambiance of the hotel to the helpful staff just an awesome experience. I highly recommend booking a stay . It's centrally located so you close to everything . On top off just a great overall experience I personally lost an item on the day I was leaving was notified to late to return and it was shipped to me . I want to thank front desk agent Darius Williams especially for locating my item and ensuring it was returned . This was just an example of the great people and experience found at lowes New Orleans . We will definitely be back again.
Well run hotel with welcoming and very helpful team members. I would definitely return. This is an excellent hotel with consistent excellent service. Members of the security team went above and beyond to work with me to facilitate the return of car keys that were left behind and made a point to follow-up with me to confirm my receipt. This is great!
Glad to be back in NOLA even if some dining options are still closing <a bit> early. Hotel looked great & was quiet even w large golf tourney in town. Had a small hiccup as we had left our car alarm key fob on check out. Officer Huey sent it to us directly the next day - so helpful! Bed was comfortable, room clean. Nice piano bar downstairs, again closing early from NOLA pre covid days. Great stay w other family members in nearby rooms. Had a great river view.
I absolutely loved this hotel. We were in town just after a cruise and we opted to stay in the vicinity of the French Quarter. Everything is walking distance from the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious.
If you judge this hotel over the aesthetics of the facade & lobby alone you will most certainly be impressed however what below the surface leaves must to be desired. For $200 a night I didn’t expect the Wynn in Las Vegas nor Faena in Miami however I also didn’t expect motel 6 types things such as stained carpets & dirty shower heads. To add insult to injury we booked solely because this place has an indoor pool & they closed said pool in the middle of our stay. I won’t be returning
In a time where we so often hear about staffing shortages, wanted to share a thank you to Officer Huey for going above and beyond with hotel customer service. After accidentally leaving a backpack in the lobby after checking out - he proactively followed up and personally made sure it was shipped and delivered. He made what could have been a stressful headache into a truly seamless recovery. Thanks Officer Huey!
