The celebration of our 33rd wedding anniversary was made even better with our choice to stay at the Hubbard Mansion! Fabulous is the description to use to express our stay! Our stay at Hubbard Mansion was entertaining and historically informative. They gave us information about transportation, places to eat and even auto service! From the initial conversations with Ms. Shelia,... More

My family group of 14 took over the Hubbard Mansion for a family and friends reunion in New Orleans, using a graduation as the focus of our celebrations. We occupied all the rooms on the ground floor of the Hubbard, and one of the carriage house apartments. It was incredibly fun, and for all the reasons already mentioned in previous... More

This place is wonderful. Although it's only a 16 year old home, it will remind you of the old mansions the south is known for. It has very beautiful and comfortable furnishings and all the amenities of a fine hotel. The St. Charles streetcar stops right in front of the mansion. You are a 10 minute ride to canal street.... We stayed at the mansion May 4 thru 7 celebrating our 25th anniversary. The owner Don was gracious and a font of information. His innkeeper, Sheila was wonderful. We stayed in the Brieon room, which had a great location. It was across from the kitchen, so in the mornings we could walk across and get our hot coffee while getting... More

Stayed at the Hubbard mansion from March 29th to April 2. What a wonderful time we had. We met 2 other couples there for our 4 day stay in NOLA. We couldn't have picked a better location. If you are not that interested into the heavy late night/early morning partying, then Uptown is the place for you. This area truly... More

This place is absolutely beautiful. Mr. Don and Ms. Shelia are two of the nicest people will ever meet. We stayed in Henry II. It is gorgeous!! We sat on the verandah every night and enjoyed the street cars passing!! This is the only place we will stay when we come. I really enjoyed the morning chats with Mr. Don... More

Visiting New Orleans is like no other city in the US. When you are in NOLA, you want to fully immerse yourself into the city history which includes the architecture and the street car along St Charles. Simply stated, if you stay at a Hilton or Hyatt, you have totally missed the point of visiting this city. The Hubbard house... More
