Joe and Bebe were terrific hosts. Very helpful with planning for our short visit to NOLA. House has been beautifully maintained and it is literally 50 steps from the front door to the St Charles Line Street Car stop. Never needed a car.

Guests seem to agree about our location. Just perfect and right on the streetcar line. Appreciate the confirmation from these lovely folks.

My daughter and I were in New Orleans for a college visit and this was a wonderful place to stay to give her a sense of the garden district. We were met at the door with a welcome surprise after a long drive. We stayed in the front outside room which was lovely. Would definitely stay again!

This B & B is nicely located in the Garden District. The Inn Keepers met us at the door and showed us around their home. This is a very nice inn. We stayed on the first floor and could look out the front and see the electric street cars coming and going. The car stop is right in front of...

We appreciate the nice comments and we made note of the wifi during their stay which was experiencing some interruption in service from the outside vendor. It was corrected before they departed.

This past weekend was my 5th stay at the Avenue Inn. We have returned so many times because it's a wonderful place to stay. Joe and Bebe are very welcoming, caring and helpful. They and their staff work hard to make sure that visitors enjoy not only the inn, but their entire stay in New Orleans. A special shout-out to...

We were in town for a long weekend for a wedding. We chose to stay here as it was recommended as one of the places to stay. We do not normally stay at B&Bs, but wow, what a fantastic recommendation and are so glad we did. This is a bed and breakfast, not a hotel, so with that you can...

We stayed here for parent's weekend at Tulane. Could not have picked a better location as it is only 1.8 miles from school. Joe, Bebe and Nedra were the nicest people and could not have been more helpful. Truly felt like we were staying at a family home, even letting us keep our luggage and use of facilities once we...

So nice to hear from this family. We appreciate the wonderful observations about our mansion home and we look forward to their return for other events at the University over the next four years.

I have stayed in a number of B&Bs in New Orleans and this was as good as any with some added pluses. When I checked in, the owner said that he wanted all guests to be quiet, meaning no loud TVs or conversations in the hallways. He even showed me the soundproof glass he added to every window to cut...

This was a very very nice review and we appreciate all the comments. Just wanted to clarify that we never use the term "rule", we only suggest what works well for all of our guests. What we actually say at check in is that we want to create an environment at night that is peaceful for all guests so that...

This is an adorable bed and breakfast on St. Charles that will make you feel like you own the entire house. The process here is easy: you book a room, you make an appointment for check in, you are given a code so that you have access to the house and you go about your business. We were in a...

My friend & I had 4 ngts here Sept/Oct 2016. The location is good, easy to find from the interstate & out of town so traffic is easier. The free parking in back is a bonus as is the trolley car which goes right outside the house. There are some good restaurants within walking distance on Magazine Street, plus Pascal's...
