There are so many problems with this place that you'd be better off sleeping out on the street or in your car! The doors can be open from the outside with a credit card or other slim, sturdy object! The blind doesn't completely block out the sunlight. The AC doesn't blow forceful enough to cool the room, no matter how low you set the thermostat. The bathroom floods even when not in use. The mattress is as hard as a box spring. And whoever painted it did NOT do a good job! This place is just disgusting!

What can my family say? We felt like royalty. We loved the rooms and all that the hotel had to offer. Even though the pandemic was happening, we could ask for different items for our rooms. The gentlemen at the front desk suggested different areas for us to visit.

By far one of the best and most beautiful hotels in New Orleans. Amazing and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and the hotel itself was amazing. I would absolutely visit this place again. Will be my go to hotel from now on.

This hotel is beautiful!!! It is CLEAN, bright, modern, spacious, and during the two times that I’ve stayed here, I have nothing but praises to sing for this hotel and its staff! This is the type of hotel that I can comfortably recommend to friends and family without worrying that they may not like it. The location is very convenient; the walkability in the area is great. The pool and its bar are nice, and it’s neat how you can look down on Canal St from the pool area. I have stayed here twice since its opening; once in 2019 and once in 2020 during the COVID scariness.... both times were exceptional and most importantly to me, CLEAN. I love a modern and updated hotel; this is it. I knew I was going to love this hotel when I walked down the hall to my room... the hallways are so pretty!!! I LOVE that there’s no carpet!! It’s so modern and bright and pretty. I am extreeeeeeemely picky when it comes to the cleanliness of a hotel (like OCD picky), and this one has not failed me yet. Even seeing one hair on a pillowcase would make my stomach turn, but I’ve never had a negative day at this location. No random hairs, nothing dirty or out of place, the staff is amazing from the valet personnel to the desk personnel to the bar! I really do love this hotel and I look forward to visiting again!!
