Stayed here 4 nights and were told there would be no servicing of the rooms. The restaurant and bar were also closed, which we were not notified about a head of time. Only 2 of the 4 elevators actually worked. First room we were given was right outside the elevators, so it was crazy loud especially since the door didn't go all the way to the floor. It reeked of cigarette smoke the second you walked in (spoiler alert: this is a non-smoking hotel). Bathroom had dust and water-marks everywhere. Went to wash my hands with hot water, turned the faucet, nothing came out. So no hot water. The shower was dirty and had mold throughout. Then went to use the toilet, opened it up, and there was a turd sitting in it. There were dust, finger prints, and water spots throughout the bedroom. We asked to change rooms the next day, didn't write any of the issues down, and told us to pack all of our stuff up, come down, and then they would give us a new room. When we came downstairs another woman was at the desk. She asked, "Checking out?" We replied, "No, changing rooms." She curtly responded, "Changing rooms, huh.." Rolled her eyes and then gave us our new keys. The second room was away from the elevators, didn't have any feces in the toilet, and had hot water, but there was still mold in the shower and hard water spots everywhere. The room and bathroom also still had dust and waterspots throughout. Air conditioning had to be set at 58 degrees to get some sort of room cooling. The headboard had stains and because no one would come service the room, I had to remake the entire bed everyday because the bedding didn't fit the bed (mattress cover for a queen bed on a king, no fitted sheet, and down comforter for a queen on a king). When I tried to straighten out the mattress cover, I saw stains on the mattress that looked like someone had given birth. I understand that the hospitality industry as a whole is struggling to come back after COVID lockdowns. However, these is a basic level of cleanliness expected when you stay at a hotel, especially a Marriott property. If you are unable to properly clean and maintenance each room, then you should not be open until you can. I will never stay here again. You couldn't pay me to.

A complete disaster, just dont do it. From the minute we pulled in, or tried to, it was obvious. This place is a complete mess. The entire parking area is gridlock all of the time, completely understaffed, we had to unload from the middle of the street in traffic. Checked in, and were advised there is no restaurant, bar, room service or cleaning service. I checked in 24 hrs in advance, and logged an ammenity request for towels and shampoo however nothing was in room. Upon arrival, i called down to front desk and was told i could pick up towels at front desk. Let's be clear, there is zero customer service at this hotel, they positively don't care. I am career Marriott, multi year Titanium status, and can tell you this hotel while structually very nice, is completely mis-managed, has no leadership. We are here for 3 more days and wish we could leave.. DO NOT STAY HERE.. Dont even get me started on the room.. stains on couch pillows, trash in halls, room floor not vacuumed, just dirty...

The room was comfortable, but the bar was closed, there was no room service, and you can't rent movies on the TV. Also there was vomit in front of the elevators all day on the last day of my visit as well as a puddle of urine in one of the elevators. The battery failed on my door so I couldn't get inside. They sent someone to get me into the room. The guy had to use a wire to go underneath the door and pull the door handle from the inside. I had to stand and wait for more than 30 minutes for that.

Lets start with the king bed which they put a full size mattress cover on it.... in the middle of the bed! Then they do not cover the bed with a traditional fitted sheet, they put just one flat sheet. The elevators all need to be serviced. We got stuck in one. Their pool is nothing like the photos, it is small and you can swim from one end to the other is less than 5 strokes. They do not clean your room unless you have stayed in the room for 4 nights. With the NOLA heat and humidity it gets ripe. I will say the staff will give you towels when you ask and the room is clean when you initially enter.

I've secretly loved this hotel for years...close enough to the Quarter but easy to get into Warehouse, and all by foot. My stay last night was comical. When I arrived I waited 20+ min to even be able to make it into the valet area...it was totally packed with cars. I waiting on the street for quite some time...zero movement. There was 1 person working and he was totally inundated. Once I did (parked on sidewalk) I was told that the valet doesn't start until 7am...My flight was at 6 so I was asked to call the hotel back around 9:30 to remind them to bring the car around. The check in situation was just as bad. Both parties in front of me (at 6PM) were being denied rooms...they weren't ready yet. Luckily mine was, having status I'm sure helped but I felt horrible for these folks. 6PM! I got upgraded but the status of the room was poor. Lightbulbs out, bathroom didn't look super clean, etc. I was only staying for one night but if it had been for any longer I would have checked into another hotel. I blame NONE of this on the staff. This hotel is clearly booking at a level that they are unable to keep up with. This is management at its worst. Setting both their employees up to fail and their guests to have a crappy experience.
