Cute hotel close to the tourist area, yet removed enough to enjoy some quiet numerous bars, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Staff helped with recommendations and were welcoming. Only complaint is that check-in took forever.
We chose not to have a car in New Orleans so based our hotel selection on a centrally located hotel. We couldn’t have been more happier with our choice, the Chateau Lemoyne. It is one block of Bourbon Street, but keep in mind that 1...More

Thank you for your very complimentary review on the Chateau LeMoyne. We are delighted that we met your expectations and you enjoyed your room accommodations, the swimming pool and the location of the hotel.

Only one bad thing to say about the Chateau Lemoyne. The room was advertised as a King with a balcony and view. The view was of a narrow, busy road across from an apartment building. Not exactly the romantic touch we were expecting. However, it...More

Chateau Lemoyne has excellent customer service. Everyone was very kind, and they made it obvious they were glad we were there. At night, there was a fabulous band in the Hotel's restaurant. The Chateau Lemoyne is only 1 block from Bourbon Street, and we had...More
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the
Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
