We enjoyed our 3 day stay at the Troubadour. The location was ideal for walking to the Saenger Theater and the French Quarter. The staff was very friendly and was very welcoming and pleased to help make our stay a good time.

Enjoyed my stay here. The rooftop bar and its happy hour were a win. The rooms are also cool and stylish. For the price, it was definitely a great stay. The only minor complaint is having to go to the front desk for ice but not a big enough issue to not stay here.

Hey Eric B! I am thrilled that you had such a cool experience with us and that you enjoyed our style and service! The roof top is the place to be, especially during our killer happy hour for sure. We can't wait to do it all over again, so hope to see you soon! Good Vibes! Kenny

Came to celebrate my girls 30th birthday & had the best omelets & conversation with Darian and the whole morning crew at the restaurant. They were great! Gave us all the good local spots to make sure we tried. Carl was awesome too! We will be back babaaay

I loved my trip to New Orleans with Redeem Vacations! We were blocks from French Quarter, near trolley line and steps away from Cajun cuisine. We stayed at the Troubadour Hotel and it was fabulous! From Sean and Will greeting us, to the lounge, to the roof top bar—everything was delightful. I saved about 66% booking with Redeem Vacations. Our room was on the 11th floor and had windows on two sides so we enjoyed the city view Highly recommend Redeem Vacation, can’t wait to book my next trip!

Nice place to stay. We were upgraded and the room was huge. The staff was pretty accommodating and friendly. Carl was AMAZING! Need something done? He knows a guy. Want recommendations to eat? He knows a guy. Going to take a tour? He knows a guy. He also seems to be able to anticipate our needs and beats us to the punch. Also with mentioning is Michelle. Great bartender who remembers our drinks when we walk in. Her mixology skills are unsurpassed. My biggest complaint is the elevators. For about one-third to one-half of the time only one out of three worked. Now that I think of it, one of them didn't work at all during our stay. There was a note on the elevator doors instructing that only five passengers are allowed at a time. Oddly, the specs inside the elevator states that the weight limit is 2500 pounds. 5 people at 2500 pounds? I know we all eat a lot here while in NOLA, but...?

REGRET STAYING HERE. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. NO free parking, cost us $30 dollars a night to park. The parking lot locks there gates at 10 pm with chains so you pay 30$ Tobe locked our and have to walk 4 blocks around with homeless people , drug addicts and huge rats in the filthy streets. The Holiday Inn across the street had a armed guard after 10 because crime is so awful, but this hotel did not. NO secure wifi. No password to connect. No cold water in room. Was told I could not get any amenities when I got back at 10 pm because there was no house keeping, felt uncomfortable asking for any coffee or shampoo after that. Horrible, awful.!! Elevator quit working periodically, don't know how that is not a CODE VIOLATION. Staff in restaurant is rude and uncourteoise. NO continental breakfast. Stick with what you know works.

Checked in for a 3 night stay but checked out after only 2, and I think that sums up this hotel. Not sure what it is about this hotel and the staff they employee, but apart from the doormen and one male bartender, everyone else was either unfriendly, unhelpful, or both. The check in agent wasn’t welcoming at all, didn’t didn’t explain any of the diamond benefits or about any of the facilities at the hotel. We had a problem with our room which took over 2 hours to get someone to come look at, they Fokker sort the issue so ‘went to get something else’ and then never came back. It was the following afternoon before the issue was sorted. When I chased the front desk about it, they just said it’s been worked on (not sure how when nobody was in our room) and ‘what do you suggest I do about it’. The rooftop bar should be great, but it was practically empty both nights and the 2nd night the bartender looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. The room is okay but quite small. The sheets on the bed are a weird material and not pleasant to sleep on. The toiletries are tiny bottles, and you just get 1 of everything, which for 2 adults clearly isn’t going to be enough, especially as housekeeping is by request so immediately we needed to ask for more. The location is okay, but it’s very noisy and you can here the next room very loudly. Definitely would not stay here again.

Awful hotel. I really don’t know why it’s got so many good reviews. To say my hotel room was ‘tired’ would be a gross understatement, it is exhausted! Toilet roll holder held together with sellotape, lamp shade badly stained and bathroom sink dirty. Anywhere dust can accumulate it had. There was only one plug where the hair dryer would work and that was nowhere near a mirror. As for breakfast - as it was a group booking we were served breakfast in the conference area. Cooked breakfast was practically non existent and in a very sorry state. Cereal was in pots. Milk, fruit juice and yoghurts were in a bowl with ice in it. All the cutlery was plastic. I can’t understand why Hilton allows this to happen.
