The first thing you notice are the smiling faces and they're happy to see you. That being said they are wonderful people there. You think Texas is friendly these people are wonderful. They have some great bartenders. And you're right in the middle of everything

Enjoyed my stay here. The rooftop bar and its happy hour were a win. The rooms are also cool and stylish. For the price, it was definitely a great stay. The only minor complaint is having to go to the front desk for ice but not a big enough issue to not stay here.

My friends and I stayed here during Essence Fest. We knew it was going to be a hectic time, but the staff at this hotel made the trip so simple and worry-free. First off Carl took great care of us, told us the good late night food spots, the bars to go to, and made sure we had a car to take us back to the airport. Chef Justin creates masterpieces and we almost didn't want to go to restaurants because the food at the hotel was so good. Special shout out to Demi, Amy, and Richard for making sure we had what we needed. We can't wait to go back!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and I must say the service we received was absolutely top notch!! Richard and Tangela were so accommodating upon our arrival. We got into town several hours before standard check-in and Richard let us check in early without hesitation. He made great food recommendations and had a wonderful personality. We only stayed one night but they treated us as if our whole weekend was with them. This was shown even more so when we left our other accommodations. Imagine 6 girls with a lot of bags and nowhere to go…Amy didn’t hesitate to let us store our bags there even though we weren’t current guest. I would hands down stay here again! The staff is AMAZING and the location is PERFECT!

We just got home from a short trip to New Orleans. We stayed at The Troubadour and started our one night there at the rooftop bar and had the best time. Haley the food and beverage manager and James the bartender were there and it’s so impressive how knowledgeable they are about running a bar. We had the best time talking to them and I’m pretty sure that this is the best bar in New Orleans if you’re just looking to hang out and have a good time. Please visit this place. You won’t be disappointed. The whole property is just a fun place to bec

We visited the Troubadour to celebrate a birthday, drinks at the Monkey Board were amazing, but we were most impressed by Mr. Chris with the valet. He took great care of us! We look forward to returning. He was friendly and professional!
