Uniquely styled small format boutique hotel. Perfectly positioned on the UW campus. Great for visiting current students and for walking state street. Valet service was exceptional specially Ernest of the valet team assisted us in loading into our car while in the covered garage and helped us safely make it through the snow.

Our experience was amazing! The room was super clean Land cozy! The staff is beyond friendly! Natalie & Katie at the front desk were super helpful. Norris our valet was so kind. We told him we were looking for a good restaurant and when we came back down to get the car for dinner he had researched and had a few recommendations for us! So sweet!!!

I stayed at The Graduate in Madison, Wisconsin for probably the seventh or eighth time. This time it was to look at potential places to live now that I'm retired. The service was excellent, as it always is, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, as they always are. The hotel is in the same location as my dorm had been when I was a UW student fifty years ago. The location is excellent, as it is centrally located and close to everything. I heartily approve of this hotel.

Our second visit. You cannot beat this location on the UIW campus area with an abundance of various restaurants, bars, and the lake within a few minutes walk. The rooms are very clean, and quite. The staff is very available, helpful, and friendly.

I liked the decor overall, but especially in the lobby. It’s a really fun place to hangout—same with the rooftop bar! Cozy, accommodating rooms. Nice staff. And great location in Madison—close to restaurants and the university campus!

Location was great, very walkable to downtown. Our room was clean and surprisingly quiet for being in a dense downtown college area. Nice coffee shop downstairs. Valet service was very good, our valet, Ernest, was friendly and very efficient. Overall a good stay!
