Overnight Stay

This was just a quick overnight stay meeting friends the next day. Hotel was easy to find, Check was good and the clerk was friendly. Lobby appeared to be getting a remodel. Only had coffee in the morning. The parking lot could have a little more attention on snow removal.

Excellent Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is always clean and very welcoming. The breakfast is great and they keep it well stocked and clean. I will stay here again when we are in the Madison area!

A good night stay

It was a good place to stay and we enjoyed it. Please keep up the good work and I will recommend friends and family to use this place. Customer service was amazing but I only recommend the management to have some good room fresheners as the inside smell wasn't pleasant at first…

Very comfortable and clean hotel

Have been here multiple times and as usual they do not disappoint. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Pool area emasculate as is the dining area. Your first visit may have you confused as you look for it as it is in a grove of trees on a service road.

Hotel management is the worst and failed miserably. Completely inept at training staff as to how to deal with hotel issues other than check in and taking money. Once your checked in and they have payment they do not care. Good luck if you have an issue in the pool or room. Keep…

Hi, I have a room booked here for July 31-Aug 7 in order to attend the Crossfit Games in the Alliant Arena. Can you advise how easily accessible the Alliant arena is from the hotel by public transport (walk, taxi, bus, cycle). If it is within cycling distance, is there anywhere nearby we can rent bikes for a week? Also, how easily accessible is the city or other tourist areas fro the hotel? Thanks, Carl

Hi Carl, If you will not be driving the Alliant Energy Center is most easily accessible by taxi as are most of the downtown activities and tourist areas. By car we are approximately 7 minutes away from the Alliant Energy Center and 15-17 minutes away from State Street, downtown, and the UW Campus. There are several Madison BCycle locations downtown where you can rent bikes daily. You can also contact them directly to see if they have weekly rental options. Is there an extra charge for the jacuzzi suites? How large are the tubs?

Hi. The whirlpool suites are at a higher rate than the regular rooms and range from $109.99 plus tax per night up to $189.99 plus tax per night depending on your arrival date and whether you want a queen sized bed or a king sized bed; rates are based on 2 adults. Do you provide any transportation to Downtown or nearest Bus stop ? OR Could you please put details on how to commute from your Hotel to nearby places.

We do not have hotel transportation to the downtown area, and the only city bus near us only runs during rush hour. We do have taxi phone numbers available for guests and that seems to be the preferred mode of transportation to those that do not drive. The least expensive taxi company charges approximately $14 for 2 people to get downtown.
