I like the location of the hotel. It is close to just about everything, and yet it sits on a quiet hill. The parking and outside lights are good. The online pictures of the pool make it look bigger than it is, however, I never saw anyone in it all weekend. The room was clean and big. I would definitely stay here again. The staff are great and the breakfast was very good too.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly. There was a full breakfast. My only issue is the beds were very hard, if you like a very firm bed you will like this, and the toilet in room 307 didn't flush very well.

We recently stayed here to attend a wedding and must say from the time we checked in we were VERY pleased with the property! There was a large group of girl scouts checking in with 2 desk clerks handling it. (Charles and Tom, I think were their names, they were awesome) The whole process went very smooth. They did have a supervisor on duty, Kenny, who was very professional and helpful, as well. We were on the same floor with some of these young ladies and must say we heard no noise from them. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were spotless! The breakfast was very good as well. Would recommend to family and friends.

This is an average hotel. After looking at past reviews, the hotel web page, and pictures, I decided to book for a weekend getaway for myself and my family, which includes 2 children. One of the real draws was the photos of the pool area provided by the hotel. Let me just say, pictures can be deceiving. The pool is very small. I believe it said maximum capacity 35. Well, if you can get 35 people in it, that would be standing side by side, not moving. Also, there were not towels available in the pool area, you had to ask for a towel at the front desk, and they gave you the thinnest, smallest towel I have ever seen in a hotel or otherwise. It was very disappointing. Our room, a double queen, was clean, and the beds were of standard hotel quality. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. It was actually pretty good for hotel food, but the coffee was pretty nasty. It does sit up on a hill away from traffic noise, but with all that being said, it is still average, and not worth $200 a night. If you are expecting a nice pool area, and above average anything, look elsewhere.

Hi Ronda W, Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us for your family weekend getaway and for posting a helpful review. While I am glad that our room and breakfast were able to meet your expectations, I was also quite concerned to read about the problems you had with our pool, towels, and the quality of our coffee. I understand the inconvenience these has caused and I am very sorry. We're all about simple and smart travel and I'll make sure to share your comments with our team for improvements on our end. Again, thank you for the review and for staying with us. I hope that you would still consider staying with us again in the future. Mike F. Case Manager IHGService

For my grandson's Spring Break I made reservations to stay here so we could enjoy all the local attractions. Well that was my plan, but he just stayed in the pool for hours and the front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. This was our second stay here and we will be back.
