The Hilltop Manor sits perched on a hill, beckoning passers by. This beautifully restored home grabbed our excitement with beautiful spring flowers, a lovely water feature and manicured grounds. The front porch is the perfect place to gather and enjoy the fresh air. The interior is breathtaking, the history is worth reading, especially the article in a book, on the front table, called The Record. We stayed with other family Members and had two AMAZING rooms, the Oak and Spruce. Each room was beautiful, comfortably decorated and the beds were heavenly.this is a 10+ or 5 Star..

This quaint B&B has my heart. I loved everything about it. The house is so quiet, yet it's close to the downtown, bathhouses, all the shopping, and restaurants. We learned about the history of the house and Hot Springs and neither disappointed. The rooms were clean and the hosts were helpful. We appreciated Joanna's suggestions for hiking trails and Christmas lights at the Garvan Gardens. Breakfast was different every morning and it was always delicious. Hot coffee and tea are available 24/7 and we even left with some souvenir mugs from them. Our jacuzzi bathtub was a must after a long day of hiking and the back porch with a fireplace made the evening cozy. cannot wait to come back here and enjoy another visit.

We had a wonderful time! The accommodations were very comfortable, and the breakfast was truly fabulous! A fire in the outdoor fire place was a real treat in the evening, and a good way to meet the other guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect bed and breakfast. Peaceful setting, comfortable cozy rooms, super, friendly service, delicious breakfast and the innkeepers are a joy. We have stayed twice, and each time we have had a wonderful experience.

This is a beautiful B&B that earns its high ratings. We stayed two nights and really enjoyed the wonderful historic home, beautiful setting, very nice room, and great breakfast. Caring touches throughout (see picture of toilet paper roll...). Highly recommended, and we'll be back the next time we come to Hot Springs!

Great experience all the way around. The breakfast was always scrumptious and fresh. You can tell Jenn takes time to think of the menu and it shows. The rooms were comfortable and well kept us. The towels are above average and a big step above the majority of the hotels you stay at. The fire pit outside makes for a good night cap before bed, the atmosphere is second to none. The house is well maintained along with the landscaping. 10/10 rating.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Hilltop Manor. Very clean place, everything you could need was supplied. The breakfasts were nothing short of amazing and the back patio is awesome! The weather was perfect for our stay so we made a fire almost every night and enjoyed the company of the other guests. If we ever come back to Hot Springs, we'll stay here again!
