We enjoyed Eden's at Hotel Hale for Happy Hour. What a unique atmosphere obviously being a former Bathhouse room. I asked the bartender for a non-alcoholic fruity drink. He made a ginger and mint, delicious and beautiful drink! We ordered the lamb kabobs, which looked like mini lamb burgers on a stick. They were very good with the yogurt sauce. We also ordered the Adam's steak fries with beer cheese and bacon! Yum!!

We went to the Eden at Haile Hotel to eat brunch before we left Hot Springs to go home. We have done so others time. We made a reservation for 11am but arrived 20 minutes early. The staff seemed bothered by this. The Mayor of Hot Springs is the owner and was present. The Mayor is usually friendly but he seemed rude as he walked us to our table. The staff is typically happy but everyone seemed so solemn. The waitress was nice enough but not as friendly was usual. I was really bothered by the staff's attitude. The food was delicious as always. The French toast was so good. The caramelized bananas in top were the best I have ever tasted.

Hi Kelli. We're sorry if we came across as rude or uncaring. We appreciate our customers. Truth be told, we are exhausted. We have been continually trying to hire more staff but no one seems to want to work. That leaves the people who do having to pull doubles and do without personal time and sleep. The mayor worked two double shifts himself including the 11 pm to 7 am into Sunday. You saw him on his third shift in a row. This was derby weekend so we were stretched. Hopefully, this situation will be remedied soon and we'll be our refreshed happy selves again. Thanks, Ellen

An amazing hotel with a top notch staff. You feel welcomed in a way that is uncommon anymore. They are glad to see you and the attention to detail is incredible. Be sure to visit Eden when you are on premise - the food amazing and the bartender is international level!

We stayed here during our spring break trip and had a fantastic experience. Pat and Ellen, the proprietors, went out of there way to make sure we had a great stay. All of the staff treated us like family. I can't recommend this quaint hotel/bed & breakfast enough. If we ever make it back to Hot Springs, this will be our hotel.

The bed and breakfast is in Hot Springs National Park in one of the historic old bathhouses. The beautiful building is just a few steps from the parks hiking trails, next door to the other bath houses, and walking distance to good restaurants. The hotel rooms are newly decorated, and clean. The Ozark room was large with small table, chairs & refrigerator. Surprisingly, the oversized bathtub with hot spring water (like the bathhouses) was really enjoyed at the end of the day. The hosts were helpful. The room cookies and breakfast were delicious!
