I chose this hotel because of the mineral water bath in room. We stayed in the Ozark room and bath tub was big, room wonderful. This hotel is in the middle of town and walking distance to everything. Walk across street to the oldest bar in Arkansas, it is great and you’re welcome. Exceptional staff, luxurious accommodations and definitely returning soon!
My husband and I spent 3 nights here. It was lovely, friendly, comfortable. It's a restoration of a historic bathhouse and water from the hot springs is piped directly into the tub. The location,on Bathhouse Row, was very convenient for everything we wanted to do in Hot Springs. The restaurant onsite was a terrific choice for cocktails, dinner, and especially brunch. Definitely recommend it as a perfect choice in Hot Springs!
This hotel is a true gem. It is impeccably restored, features original hardwoods, red brick walls, mineral water pumping directly into your bathtub, mineral water in unlimited quantities to quench your thirst in your room , delicious small batch welcome cookies, bath products that are top quality, fluffy robes, plentiful towels, and certainly not least - pristinely clean rooms. You are spoiled with a morning beverage of choice delivered exactly at the time you requested and always eager to help, courteous and efficient hotel staff. Hotel Springs Mayor is there to greet you, Ask about your stay and share little known historical details that are rich to the building and the area. The hotel is cozy, includes a restaurant (Eden) that offers a pleasant ambiance, live floral wall, tasty food, and very reasonably priced drinks. You are located in the best part of town and within walking distance literally to everything. We have recommended this hotel to all our friends and this will be the only hotel we will stay when in Hot Springs. Even the most recently built and opened hotels don’t come close in comparing. A few additional recommendations for your weekend trip (if you must leave your room): 501 Prime (evening meal), horse races (book carousel - perfect views and you can come / go as please), mid-America science museum, Garvan Woodlands botanical garden, promenade, crater diamond park, bathhouse tour and experience.…
Perfect 2 nights- over the top service! Beautiful historic room and a soaker tub to fill with the thermal waters. Breakfast was amazing best shrimp and grits, quiche, and Benedicts. Elegant cocktails. Best coffee to room. Great location - part of bathhouse row. Planning on return!
We had a great time here for our anniversary Staff was great Location was great Hotel is beautiful Easy walking to great attractions Wonderful soaking tub with wonderful prong water Morning coffee service Great food Will be back soon Will recommend to everyone
Our only complaint was that we could only stay one night. Everything about this hotel is top notch. The desk staff (Tiffany in particular) were professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though it’s on the main street and our room faced the street, the room was quiet and relaxing (and I am sensitive to loud noises). The soaking tub fed from the thermal mineral springs was so enjoyable. The hotel provides a delicious breakfast (choice of two quiche options while we were there) and they even brought coffee and tea to our room before breakfast at no extra charge. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Hot Springs and offer a very reasonable valet service so you can leave parking worries to them. I can’t say enough about the high quality of this hotel. If you are going to Hot Spring, stay at this hotel - you won’t regret it in any way, if you are not planning a trip to Hot Springs, you should reconsider, visit Hot Springs and stay here.…
Hotel Hale was a wonderful choice for our anniversary and birthday celebrations. The staff, food, drinks and rooms were all five star! Weekend brunch (French toast) with the mimosas flight is a must. Dinner was absolutely delicious. We tried most restaurants on Central and I suggest Hotel Hale’s menu above all others. Bar menu also available. We had their Christmas special drinks, a peppermint drink and pumpkin martini. Service included complimentary restaurant breakfast and coffee service delivered to your room each morning. Staff was perfectly accommodating. This unique bathhouse hotel offers mountain mineral water in each of the eight rooms. This alone was worth the stay! Hot mountain water in your bath was relaxing and soothing. A beautiful blue hue once the bath is filled. Don’t forget to get bath goodies from their hotel boutique. Rooms are cozy and our room had a view of central and great natural light. Hotel Hale is in a perfect location for mountain hiking during the day, trail walking, shopping and night life in the evening. 100% recommended for a romantic getaway. Don’t forget their delicious dessert selections. We had the turtle cheese.…
Hotel Hale is a fairly old hotel on Bathhouse Row but it keeps up nicely. The décor is nothing spectacular. Booked this hotel because it stated on the web this is the only hotel inside the park which has thermal spring water piped into your bath tub. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room is clean and roomy except there is no light by the table. Fortunately our room is at the end of the building, has lots of window for sunlight. Also we have a nature view, very good and relaxing. The bed is very comfortable too. Bathroom stocked with ample soft, fluffy towels. As for parking, there is no parking space in front of the hotel except valet, $20 a day. However they are not bringing your car in front of the hotel (no space). You need to walk a short distance to where they bring you the car. There is a restaurant and bakery on the ground floor. We were not aware our room charges included breakfast. However don’t get your hopes for a great breakfast so fast. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist gave us a breakfast menu for us to choose what we like for next morning breakfast and needed to be turned in by 9pm. The menu is very limited - only has two types of quiches, meat (I recommend this one) or veggie if you like lots of cheese; boiled egg, muffin, milk , coffee & tea, may be cereal too, but not sure. That’s it. Every morning will be the same for whatever you choose unless you specify change, e.g. no egg or veggie quiche instead of meat. For both mornings while we were there, same pumpkin muffin though very moist. It’s like a bed and breakfast place. Dinner is not bad either except same limited menu. Service was great. One thing worth mentioning – 24 hours tea or coffee, brought to your room when you call the front desk. Also there is a bottle of drinking spring water in your room. You can ask for refill any time. No microwave in the room. Has a mini refrigerator in the room which was not mentioned at all on their web.…
I thought we would have a good experience based on the reviews I found beforehand, but our experience surpassed our expectations completely! First and foremost, the staff is AMAZING. Everyone was beyond friendly and always more than accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised to find out when we arrived that there is coffee/tea/soda service each morning brought to the room. There is a VERY yummy breakfast each weekday morning and a fabulous brunch in the restaurant on weekends. We ate in the restaurant on three different evenings - yes, it is that good. The drinks, apps, and entrees cannot be beat. Very unique selections and very generous portions to boot. The rooms are SO clean!!! We stayed in the Buckstaff, and it was just the right size for my husband and me. Huge closet, dresser with lots of drawers, and a table that made for a nice landing spot for goodies we brought back. The soaking tub for the mineral bath in the room was crazy comfortable. What I found especially impressive is how often the owner (and mayor) and his wife are actually present to assist the staff. They clearly pitch in whenever and wherever they are needed - the teamwork shown was above and beyond. Right now, when staffing is a challenge in every industry, and when people are getting burnt out - that was very refreshing to see. It does seems too good to be true, but we stayed 4 days/5 nights and the experience was consistent throughout. I have a feeling they make everyone feel like family when there - it’s obvious they enjoy hosting people and genuinely care about people, too. By the way, I have never written a review this long, but it was that good, and I still don’t feel like I did our experience justice.…
This place is beautiful! We stayed in the Maurice, which is on the back side of the hotel. They also have rooms overlooking the Main Street, which would be great for people watching. The big soaking tubs were amazing for mineral baths, which we took advantage of every day. The staff is second to none!! Nothing is an inconvenience for them. We were unable to get an Uber one night so Mr Pat took us to dinner in his personal car! Did I mention that he’s also the Mayor! The brunch at Eden was also great. Presented beautifully and tasted amazing.
