This was our final choice after reading reviews of other places, I actually had no idea where it was when I booked it but it’s the perfect location. It’s a minute from downtown Hot Springs and easy to get in and out of. The room was clean and the housekeeper was super nice and very helpful. Due to Covid (our stay was Aug 2020) check in and check out were done a little differently than the norm but worked great. WiFi worked great and while there was Hulu and Netflix available, we never turned on the tv. Bathroom was nice and the water gets super hot. It was a great stay!

Nicely redone. Outside was 1950s kitsch and inside was modern kitsch. All very clean and modern. We had room 8 with two queens, a bureau, two small chairs and mini frig. It was larger than I’d expected. Perfect for 3 of us for a night. Would be a little tight after a few days. Outdoor space had lawn chairs and there was a small table in front of each door.

Noise was mentioned by some others. Window air conditioner so that makes some noise. The road is close and of course parking is right in front of each door so you do hear some noise. As mentioned there is a white noise machine in the room.

We walked to town. It’s a little less than a mile. Felt safe but there are a few sort of sketchy liquor stores and empty buildings.

So let me start off by staying we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again! Michael was friendly and welcoming to work with. The location was an easy walk to downtown that never felt unsafe. The little sitting areas outside were great to use all 3 evenings. And the vintage vibe of the place was fun!
The rooms were clean and decorated well. Bed was comfy.
Now for the downside.
TVs have streaming services which would be great however they rarely worked. In a 3 night stay we were maybe able to watch 10 or 15 mins without buffering or even just being able to log in at all.
Oddly enough phone service in the rooms also was an issue for social media/streaming.
Storage in the rooms was definitely lacking. Be prepared to live out of your suitcase - same with toiletries in the bathroom.
Also, if you have any cat allergies there are several on the property.

This motel is located next to the road and this may interfere with sleep for some people. There is no place for clothes in the room and nowhere to hang clothes. The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. The distance from the bathhouses raw is 15 minutes on foot. Nice place to sleep over after a hard day of driving.

This place is so great. Came here for a night stay in Hot Springs. It is crazy cute retro. Looking at the place you might expect 60's luxury. However inside the rooms you find 2021 luxury. It is not the great rooms that make this a 5 star though. The service here is superb. It is obvious it is a close-knit set of people running the place and they go out of their way to make sure that you have a great stay. It is obvious that a lot of work has been put into this place so please go and give them your business while in Hot Springs.

We had a lovely stay here. Easy to navigate to and came and go as we pleased. Walkable to everything at Bathhouse Row and downtown Hot Springs. We felt very comfortable and safe staying here. We also slept SO WELL!!!!!!!
Communication with the owner was great, we could text her to ask any question or request for K-cup pods. No one answered the phone if we called but text responses were instant.

Pros: the room was quaint and decorated cute, the room was relatively quiet, the employees were incredibly kind

Cons: the room had dog hair all over the rug. The rug and blankets has noticeable stains. The room smelled strongly of dog. We had to pull of the the throws and top blanket because they smelled so strongly of dog. We had to bag them up and the room still smelled. We had to buy pet odor eliminator and the room started to smell better.

This was my second time staying here, and it’s a quirky little gem. We had a late check in and never saw the owner, but they communicated with me by text and left the key in a drop box. Very clean and charming room, comfortable bed. Bonus resident cats!

Loved this super cute road side motel. My husband and I only stayed one night, we were passing through. We would definitely stay there again. It’s only a few minutes walk down to the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are located.

We read the reviews and decided to stay as they are pet friendly. This place is a gem and so close to the heart of shopping and restaurants! Cute old style motel with fantastic B&B style rooms. Great bed and linens, modern streaming TV, so clean and very hot shower in great modern bathroom. A very comfortable room. We would stay again for sure.
