The PERFECT location for downtown attractions. We were able to walk everywhere all weekend. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The bathroom for a room at this price point was dissapointing. Small and dark - what is the deal with lights? Put some in! Also - the door was some kind of sliding thing that definitely did not provide alot of privacy. Also - no alcohol in the restaurant and the restaurant was not even open most of the time. No breakfast available. They blamed it all on COVID. I am not sure how that played into not having a bar open or a restaurant for most of the time we were there. Kind of a la.e excuse if you ask me. Good service though and the doormen and valets were awesome. We will give them another shot.

Exceeded expectations. We stayed three nights. We loved the location. The room was comfortable and clean--loved the wall of windows. The staff was courteous and friendly. Our favorite features were: direct access to hiking trails out the rear of the hotel and the Rooftop Bar with lovely views of town and the mountain, friendly service and good drinks and food. Parking note: We opted for the free parking garage on Exchange Street, half a block or so away and had no problems parking in front of the hotel in the loading zone at arrival and departure.

This hotel is so over priced. Lobby is claustrophobic. I could not park in front to check in there are only two spots and only one person on duty. I get in my room and there is someone else’s hair on the counter by the TV and all over the floor of the bathroom. One robe for a room for two adults. No breakfast or even coffee. But the best is the doll house sized pillows on the bed. See the photo. Might be a good size if you are 6 months old but just ridiculous if you are an adult. I guess they can charge what they want since the Arlington down the street looks like it saw its best days in the 1930’s. Staff was nice and friendly At $240 BEFORE taxes and fees just not worth the money.

Stayed 3 nights 4 days in The Waters and very pleased. Best location, reasonably priced and spacious beautifully decorated room. Staff fantastic. My only complaints were we stayed street view and it’s really noisy and two of the three nights we requested wash clothes. The first night they finally found two and the second night they had none clean. Not really happy to bath without washcloths. After all it’s not a three star or less hotel!

We are delighted to see that you were very pleased with your stay. Downtown Hot Springs sometimes can get busy, and we are always happy to move you to a room away from everything. We apologies for the delay in linen and have addressed this with our housekeeping staff to ensure that they keep even more additional linen on hand for just such an occasion. We do look forward to seeing you back again.l

We recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my Best Friends birthday. She was turning 50 so I had to do something special. I got 50 bottles of Prosecco and put saying on them and spelled out "Happy 50th Birthday ----". We also had 50 balloons to put in the room. The hotel agreed to put these items in her room when we went for dinner. NOT ONLY did they follow all instructions that I left but they did an amazing job of decorating her room. They went far and beyond what they needed to do and my my friends birthday a night she will NEVER forget. Their rooftop bar was amazing also. If I return to Hot Springs I will definitely make a point of staying here. Thank you to all the great staff.

Specialized Customer Service is what makes us different from all the other hotels in town. Although our hotel is centrally located and designed beautifully, without our marvelous staff, nothing else would matter. We had a great time putting the final touches in place for you and look forward to seeing you again. Remember, you don't need a Special reason to stay with us.
