We have stayed here twice. Be sure to ask for a quiet area, if possible, last stay we were right across from the elevator. So, a bit loud. Our friends were smart and asked for a quiet area and got at the end of a hall away from the Main Street. They said it was peaceful. The place is old,...

Saw this hotel on trip advisor for the top hotels in Hot Springs. Wanted to experience the old style of the hotel where many great names have stayed through the years. The room was old and dated but just to be there for the nostalgia of years gone by made it worth it. We opted for a room with the...

New in it's 90th year this large resort hotel offered a weekend retreat, a four hour drive from our city home. Although the "historic" room was small and narrow, the bed and bedding were clean and very comfortable with plenty of pillows and a lofty mattress. The closet was large enough to walk into. Bathroom vanity could stand replacing. We...

Love the Arlington but it doesn't seem to be taking care of as we'll as it could be. Rooms do need updating. Love the pool/ hot tub this is our favorite part. Love that we get to walk around downtown.

The Arlington is a wonderful hotel. It needs serious restoration, but our two stays there have been delightful from check-in to check-out. Easy walk down Central Ave. to shops food, entertainment and great people watching. We'll be back!

I have read the reviews and I was hesitant, glad I went. Talk about a gem, this hotel has so much history. We had a great room with mineral water, overlooked the street. Great, would do again. Breakfast was good and quick, very tasty. The only thing, they have to do some maintence to keep this gem. A good deep...

Love the History but dang it owners of this place. Spend some freakin money. Your 1980s tvs, furniture and 1930 bathrooms need updating and you know. you have the money spend it and quit robbing folks.

Yes, the rooms are old and worn although my room was fine--the bathroom was not in very good shape though. The tub barely drained and nowhere to put your toiletries on the tiny sink. The bed was fine and comfortable. I usually stay at the Embassy Suites, but then end up spending so much in the Arlington bar and lobby,...

After one night in the Kings Inn, we checked into the Arlington for a night. This hotel is very old and most everything in the hotel seems to be representative of the early 20th century when it was built. We stayed on the same floor, but in a different wing, that gangster Al Capone stayed when he visited Hot Springs....

The Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa is a beautiful old hotel that needs someone's loving touch. The exterior of the building is an impressive part of the well cared for Bathhouse Row. The lobby retains a lot of its old charm with architectural features I suspect have been part of the hotel since it was last rebuilt. The rest of...
