Spent two nights with family using three rooms. All were in sorry shape. Bugs in two of our rooms. A small yellow beetle looking thing. They sprayed the rooms. Our pedestal sink was pulled away from the wall and tipped back and fourth if touched. Shower didn't drain. Dirty behind doors. Holes in walls. Bed was comfortable. The historic charm...

I had read other reviews and thought surely this hotel was not in that bad of shape. Sadly, it is. I love historical hotels but this one brought me to tears. Everywhere you look there is total neglect. I can tell at one time it was an absolutely gorgeous hotel. Why anyone would let this beautiful historic hotel fall into...

So much history in this hotel, but in need of a major update. I suggest you stay in this hotel and make sure you do "The Works" in the Bathhouse. The self parking is scary - so valet your car. The room dingy and dated with torn curtains and a small TV for the size of the room. The bathtub...

FYI..not reviewing the hotel. Just the Lobby bar. Fred at the bar and Lindsey (Lobby waitress) were amazing! Smiles and great service! Remembered what we ordered and made us feel very welcome! Enjoyed watching the dancing...old school was refreshing!

My husband and I visited Hot Springs, Arkansas in September 2016, We loved the little town, it so lovely and charming, Local people are very friendly with an open mind, The buildings on Central street architecturally is very appealing and there are so many cute local stores and delicious cafes and restaurants, museums and a 4D Cinema... for us the...

We decided to stay here for a Christmas get away. The hotel is full of history. If you are looking for modern this is not your place. We had a great room on the top floor with a huge tub with mineral water. The room was clean and nice but the bedding/curtains could use a little updating. Our view was...

The hotel is awful. The water constantly dripped in the shower, but when you would turn it on there was barely any water pressure. There was mold around the curtains. I would not waste my money staying here.

We did not stay at the hotel, but spent some time at the lobby bar and on the veranda. What a lovely place! The service was great; the bartender was super-friendly. And, we were delighted that they are pet friendly!

The Arlington is one of those places working hard on keeping up with the times. It's very apparent that it used to be a very luxurious hotel in past times, just by looking at the lobby, the elevator bay or the dining room with its huge chandeliers. The bedrooms we stayed at (on 7th floor) had been updated sometime in...

My husband and I stayed here over New Years. We love staying in historic hotels so we knew what we were getting into. DO NOT come here if you want to be pampered or to have nice/modern amenities. Do come if you can temper expectations and enjoy the history. Everything needs renovating - the standard king room has an old...
