We stayed here for 4 nights. The room size was ok and the view was great. The breakfast was terrible, we stayed in 7 hotels in 1 month and this was easily the worst, we walked out one morning as nothing was edible ( eggs/ chicken noodle soup)! The staff at the front desk were great, the restuarant staff couldn't really be bothered. A bike was arranged at the standard rate. I was shocked to see an ashtray full of cigarettes right next to where the egg station was. Wifi in the room was fine. This has the potential be be a good hotel in this quiet city.

Takes about 30 min from the dieu tri train station with taxi, 160 000 dong. Had a stop over between hue and nha trang. Hotel is ok, not the best or the worst. At check in, the staff just handed us the key, not helping us to the room or showing were it was. The door os not isolated in any means, both light and noise from the corridor kan be heard. Very moist bathroom, with water droplets hanging in the ceiling even before we used it. Very cold water in shower. Below standard breakfast, got to choose between noodle soup with chicken/beef/sea food or eggs, served between 6-9am. They are currently building a new hotel next door, and also fixing something in the same house i think? A LOT of drilling and hanmering going on from 7am, no chance for more sleep, and not very nice to have the balcony door open. Might want to skip out on this hotel right now, until the building is complete.

I stayed here for about month so I got a good impression of the hotel. First of all, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Some of them do not speak English that well, but there is always somebody who can. If you have special requests they really try to help. I got some minor problems in my first room so they changed it immediately without any issues. Hot water is not always working, it might be cold, lukewarm or hot. I didn't find exact causes/times yet, but 99% of the time it is at least lukewarm. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. The buffet is fully Vietnamese style. You could get a fried egg/ommelette if you like. No fruit unfortunately. The room, bed and view are really good. The view depends on the room, of course, but I have never had a view like this in a fairly cheap hotel like this one. The bed is super comfy, I would like to have the same mattress at home! All things considered, good value for money. Yes, they might miss some spots cleaning the rooms (dust etc), and the hot water is not always good. But the view, mattress and staff really make up for that.

I arrived at the hotel after a day of riding my motorbike in torrential rain. The lady at reception was very helpful in getting me registered quickly, and the security guard helped me with my bags although it was not his job. A nice and clean room with a soft mattress which was needed after my day! In the morning, i discovered a puncture on my motorbike. The staff again were more than helpful with my problem. To the extent of one lady taking me to the repair shop and staying to make sure it was done right and the price was correct.
