I was told that this resort just reopened on Nov 6, 2021. The room was good and kept very clean, the food was good but, service very slow in getting a 2nd glass of wine!!! Water sports weren't opened yet. Internet cost US$25.00/14 days for one device. Worked ok on cell phones, they needed to install Fire Fox on my Microsoft Surface Pro tablet in order to get wifi? I couldn't wait for the download, it was extremely slow and when tethering to my cell phone, I couldn't connect to my online accounting software. We went to Jolly Rogers Restaurant to use their WiFi. It worked extremely well. Great restaurant, great food and owned by Canadians.

We stayed at Casa Marina for 3 nights. The beach front rooms are large and comfortable. There is an on-call buggy service which will take you to the lobby whenever you want. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large. However, the flush in the toilet was not working properly. This is something the resort must look into. The pool was average sized. The breakfast had limited options but was good nevertheless. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The only "drawback" is that the resort is about 12 kms away from the city. So, you'll have to get to the city by taxi or by bike every time you want to get out of the resort. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and would recommend it to others who are looking for a nice place to stay away from the city.

After searching some properties online , I finally booked this resort. In my point of view, I never choose resort for my vacation, usually stay homestay or hotel. But after staying here, I realize it is amazing accommodation. Like : - Price is acceptable - Free upgrade ( if you have a voucher or coupon) - Room is big with ocean view , balcony - Surrounding area is nice and clean, alot of tree and have some local flower. - Beach is clean - Good and fresh breakfast Dislike: - When i checked in, i found a death cockroach nearby bed. But it doesn't matter because i knew surrounding of my room is plant and it is hard to avoid insects get inside. - Location is quite far from Quy Nhon city( 12km ) but if you want to find a place to relax or rest, it is amazing place.

So, after a long 6 hr road trip to the hotel, I just wanted to rest. I specifically requested a quiet room. When they drove me to my room on all sides of me were families, with kids and crying babies and some were even in my hotel room because the door was unlocked so why not? I immediately requested a room change and I took it. However it's only for one night and my other nights I will be moved to another room. The hotel staff were very nice and tried to accommodate my request, however there were MANY local families at the resort and every room pretty much had noisy kids in them. All sunbeds are covered in a tent like thing so if you were planning on tanning, keep that in mind. The chairs are super uncomfortable and don't have an option to lower the backs so you are tuck in one position. Plus side, the pool is completely deserted during the day so if you enjoy the sun, you'll pretty much have the pool all to yourself. Not the hotel's fault on this next one but it's good to know that there are a zillion little gnats flying around which make life super uncomfortable. Also not the hotel's fault but the beach is pretty polluted. I don't fancy going in that AT ALL. AC works great. Breakfast really only catered to locals and there was very few other options. On my last day, the resort seemed more quiet which is a shame because I was leaving and I wish it would've been like that the whole time. It really is a pretty resort, regardless. I wanted to come to Quy Nhon because they said it's beautiful but I'm finding my expectations were set too high, sadly.
