We were a non-staying guest with 5 children who went to use their hot springs. The facilities were a bit old but it was clean and very reasonable entrance fee. The kids loved it, while the adults got to relax. We went on our last day in Yilan before heading back to Taipei, and it was a lovely way to...

Hot Spring Spa facilities free for hotel guests, non-staying guest need to pay fees NTD500 for adults per entry and additional NTD100 for those who bring food/drinks (they term it "cleaning fee"). Our room is tired looking, the carpet had a stain which i was wondering whether it was print design of flower petal. Haa.. Toilet with glass door, manual...

Location is good, near to shops, eateries and foot reflexology spas. Hotel's environment & hot spring facilities are pleasant. Breakfast spread is good though taste wise, nothing to shout about. Guest rooms are a bit dated. The toilet and sink/bathroom are separated on each side of the room. One has to draw the Roman blind at the doorway of the...

The hot spring pools are the most amazing I have ever been to (over those in Hokkaido). I simply love the stay with my room having its own hot spring bath. The hot springs really wash away the tiredness of my parents from the travel. There are both outdoor and indoor hot springs that come with all sorts of water...

The hotel is at the intersection of the Main Street. A lot of good shopping to do even if you check in at 9 pm. However, this is an old hotel. Room set up is strange - a TV table in the middle of the room. Very inconvenient to walk around in the room. As each room has its spa...

The staff are friendly and helpful when we checked in. You will need a swimming cap to enter the spa. So you can bring one along or buy at the entrance for 50 Taiwan dollar. Try the indoor spa with many types of water jets to massage your back and body. After which you have walked out to the outdoor...

Don't stay in this hotel as mosquitoes are everywhere. My family cannot sleep well due to mosquitoe bites. Carpet in our room looks not clean. The hotspring tub is also used for taking shower and there is no separate shower place. Not a really standard in-room hotspring tub. The tub looks not clean too. Back to mosquitoes, we found mosquitoes...
