We had just two relatively minor complaints about our room in this hotel. There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom, although there was a hair drier. Thus, our electric tooth brushes had to be in the bedroom. The other issue was that in the tiny closet the bar for clothes hanging was too high for my normal sized wife...

We like this hotel. It is within walking distance to street that sell local products. Also near a free public foots hot spring. We like a stall beside 7 eleven at Jiaoxi street that sell Spring Onion pancakes for NT30 per piece.

Its almost like part Japanese style hotel, your bed is on the floor, but its american style bed, very comfortable, no chair, you sit on the floor, however, you have your own private hot spring tub in your bathroom, if you don't want to use the hotel public hot spring pools. My kids and I and my friend with her...

The room was not comfortable. There was no chair, one bedside table and no window. Through the bedroom, through the glass wall there was a bathroom with a window where I note a man having a tea looking at me in the bathroom. Yes there was a blind but I could not reach it. Never stay there again.

Come here because their outside billboard. The hotel's location out off the way, far away from the front side, but here provide nice food and lots of facilities for recreation. Although this time I didn't pass the night here, i'm sure this hotel gave me a nice day.

It has it's own private hot spring - both outdoor and in the hotel room. The outdoor hot spring has several pools: 1 main pool, children pool, fish spa pool, nude bathing pool (enclosed, man and women separate), and several jacuzzi pools with different temperature settings. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Toilet include a hot spring tub and full...

I enjoyed this hotel because the service and food is better than other hotels I been to in yilan. This hotel has its own hot spring and swimming pool for children. The buffet is pretty good overall. The location was somewhat hard to find....away from the main street.

We went there with our friends. The room was clean and spacious. My daughter and I played in the children's pool. There was also a water slide for kids. My friends told me the hot spring and the spa was good. The railway station is within walking distance (about 800m). It's convenient.
