We recently stayed at Blackpool during our journey to Nuwara Eliya. Location is spectacular. We were at the La Blanche suite which was very spacious, clean and comfy. Staff was really helpful from the start of our stay. Ayesha, Anjali, Chamodya and Rukshan from the frontdesk gave us a warm welcome and supported during the entire stay. Janaka and the restaurant crew was polite and efficient. Overall we had an amazing experience there.

Beautiful hotel with a panoramic view, located in a calm place not far from the Nanu oya town. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The food was excellent and the staff was extremely kind and attentive. Special Thanks to Prasad and Chathushka for making our dining experience very special and all the staff members to your warm welcome.

Worth staying at this hotel. Everyone welcomed us with a big bright smile. All the meals we had was great and delicious. All the staffs are so amazing and very keen to help. Will visit again soon. Good place to calm and to rest. Feeling a bit down to leave but anyways enjoyed our time.

Starting with the staff who were very attentive very friendly and made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were very clean with all the amenities we needed, very comfortable beds and complementary sweets as well! The food was great, with great variety. When there was a set menu, the quantities of food were more than enough! The hotel itself was beautiful, very well kept and maintained. The rooms had plenty of space and they also had several lounges to gather and chill in. The hospitality was amazing and I would highly recommend The Blackpool Hotel to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya
