Very disappointing the breakfast was shown as continental spread but served on our first day 11/07/2020 coconut sambol ,dhal chicken curry bread noodles and rotti . The serving was different from our expectation ,if this is the case they should have indicated this in their web but this is totally misleading the local tourist. Furthermore apart from the breakfast i requested two scotch glasses but i was informed that as they do not permit liquor they do not have scotch glasses ......i havent visited a temple ,church or a mosque but im at a Hotel . Utterly disappointing.

Although staff were polite, kind and try to help as much as they can, but I don't recommend the hotel. It needs a lot of cleaning especially the bed sheets and covers because they are horrible. The room are depressingly dark, I forgot something there because I just wanted to leave.

My mum and I went for dinner and she was freezing cold. By chance I just asked if they had a small heater and they brought a large garden heater as they saw my elderly mum shivering. Thank you so much for caring! We tried the tandoori pizzas and it was delicious. As we purchased a meal they gave our driver a free meal of delicious fried rice. I would like to give special thanks to Capt. Suoango and Hoson for great customer service.

We had a nice two nights here. Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We were upgraded to a bigger room as there weren't many people that time. On our second night, there was an issue with the water in our room and we were immediately moved to another room, no questions asked. Restaurant is cozy and staff are friendly. Food is alright and fairly priced.
