This is a new and modern decor hotel, room is spcious and clean. The surrondings of the hotel is delightful also. The only drawback is the hotel is in a remote area and you better drive your car there. If you drive by your own, it's not a problem. Nami Island, Gangchon Rail Park is less than 1 hour driving, Chuncheon Myeongdong Street is less than 10 mins driving.

First the good. It was easy to find and it's a good price for around $80. That's important because it was tough to get around Chuncheon by using our GPS for everything else and motels were more expensive! I have no idea why, they just were. The hotel staff is very, very nice and very helpful. Our room wasn't huge but it had everything we needed. Free wifi, cable TV, comfortable beds, and plenty of outlets for your electronics. The towels were not fancy but nice and large. The room was well appointed, clean, and modern. Now the downside. The pillows were clean and looked new but once you put your head on them they went flat. Stacking them up just meant they went flat in the middle and wrapped themselves around your head. They were very strange.

I stayed here on my business trip. I was pleasantly surprised how peaceful and nice the hotel was. Because of some comments in other reviews on small room, I booked a room with two double beds. Double bed is similar size as the double bed you see in US hotels. For one person (foreigner too), one double bed is big enough.
Room was very spacious. Bathroom amenities offer necessary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. You find not only bathrobe, also pajama. Mini fridge you can use and free bottles of water are supplied every day.
Wifi works ok. TV sometimes goes off but it comes back on within a few seconds.
Staff speaks good English. Hotel restaurant offers great pasta dish at much more reasonable price than nearby restaurants.
Only complaint or inconvenience was the breakfast as it starts at 8 am and not offering good variety (no yogurt, no espresso drink, not enough refill, only toast available as bread) considering the price of about $14.
You get 2 free drink coupons per stay but it only applies to tea, brewed coffee and a few soda.

How did this place get good reviews? My room had hair in the shower and on the floor. It had no desk, no closet, no space for suitcase. It was "cozy". When I went to change rooms, I was quoted a price. Before I changed rooms, I checked the price and it was doubled from my quote. The elevator does not reach all floors; you will have to carry your bag up some stairs to reach some of the 1/2 floors.

Very few hotel in Chun cheon, if possible, stay better hotel outside Chuncheon. This hotel like a youth hostel, no double bed room, guess only accommodate youth group activity, not family. Bathroom and toilet are both very small, so small that nowhere can place clothes, or personal items. From the decoration, you can tell this is not a hotel style. Location is a bit far from city centre, close to a lake. No sightseeing around. A canteen downstairs, but rarely see customers.

Went in December winter holidays. Location accessible and boutique hotel in a tranquil and quiet location. Room size is small in comparison to other Korean hotels, but overall compact and has amenities in room like kettle, toothbrush, hairdryer, and hotel building has washing machine at basement. The buffet breakfast spread is reasonably good.

It was a business trip and I stayed for 5 nights. The staff were all very nice and tried really hard to help. Extremely polite and respectful. The room was slightly cramped, with twin singles. Might have preferred one less bed, to give more room for a solo guest. No desk, so could only sit on bed, but not a big issue. Ensuite was very cramped and nowhere to put own toiletries bag, but everything worked OK, with good shower. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was good, mix of buffet style or ordered, on alternating days. Had 2 evening meals: they seem to focus on pasta dishes, which were fine. Very quiet location, bit out from town centre. Would stay again. Thanks to the staff for excellent service.

I had no choice but to stay here - it was the choice of my hosts. So, while it was pleasant and quiet, and the staff were friendly enough, there were a number of issues a guest with choices should know. (1) There is absolutely no useful counterspace or desk in the room, making it impossible to do any work. (2) There is nothing in the room to sit on, except the bed. (3) They are updating the hotel. At 7:00 a.m., the construction began in the room across the hall. Even in a jet-lagged state, this was a challenge to anybody's sensibilities! (4) The breakfast was a semi-strange buffet - a mixture of quasi-Western and Korean breakfast. There was woefully little fruit, only white bread, only coffee and OJ as drink options, and not even a knife to spread butter onto toast. At least the air conditioning worked well.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, air conditioning, WI-fi all worked well. Stayed a few days traveled around Korea and came back and stayed a few more days. They did not speak a lot of English but had no problem with that. They started the washing machine for me and even gave me soap to use.

Beautiful location, clean rooms and fast internet but the stuff speak NO English making it simply impossible to communicate. For example we almost missed our train when (a) reception ordered us one instead of two taxis for a family of five and (b) when we went back to check, they wrote down bus instead of train station, sending three of us to the wrong place when the second cab got eventually ordered and arrived!
Other smaller things make it all less of an enjoyable stay. The bed in the room was facing the wardrobe not the TV making it impossible to watch TV in bed. The seats were all tiny...and we got charged 10,000 won for misplacing our second plastic room card (I never had this happen to me and I lose my cards all the time!).
So all in all, if you must stay there be prepared for a (mis)adventure...

1. Take airport limousing bus at gate '9C' to Chuncheon bus terminal (150min) and taxi to hotel (10min).
2. Take taxi to Yongsan station from the airport (60min) and take ITX train from Yongsan to Chuncheon station (80min) then take taxi to hotel (10min)
#Airport limousine bus fare = 21,300KRW
at gate '9C' every one hour from 07:20am to 21:30pm
#Taxi fare from airport to Yongsan Station = 52,000KRW
