Where shall i start? There is NO TOWELS upon arrival. And when we asked for towels, we have to wait for more than 30 MINUTES, and my brother have to wait in front of the receptionist to make them hurry up. There is NO PHONE in the room to call the receptionist. The quilt is SPOTTY and YELLOWISH. THE FLOOR...

It is all together a brand new hotel, so new now everything look like its just been done. I first stay in this hotel many years ago, it since been transformed many times, this latest iteration is perhaps the best yet. At Rm98 for a standard double room with quite a large floor area and a roomy toilet bathroom its...

Central location with simple furnishing. The price tells it all. Noisy air con but for a dated hotel, can't complaint. Peeve that the road noise & night train passing by can be heard in the room. Not for light sleepers.

I requested to change the room but they got me extra charges for Rm12. It is unreasonable and the new room neither better than before. the table is...

We stayed at Extreme Hotel (previously Nagaria Inn) during our recent getaway in Kluang. It is located about 5 minutes drive from the town centre where the railway station and Kluang Shopping Mall are located. There is a Giant supermarket and some eateries about 5 minutes walk from where we stayed. This is a typical small hotel chain manned by...

It has been renamed to Extreme Hotel, presumably after a change in ownership. My wife and I stayed there for a night in a standard RM78 double-bed room. The lobby area has received a nice renovation and the staff were super friendly but sadly the renovation has not been extended to the rooms in our case. The room we stayed...
