Very clean room and friendly staff, they gave us a happy anniversary cake as well,we had fantastic time staying at this resort, just remember to close your balcony door to avoid any insects or mosquitoes getting inside your room!! Thank you for the amazing service!!
We have stayed one night here during our trip in Bali. The staffs were helpful and friendly. There are only 16 villas in this place. It was not crowded and we felt more private. We loved our villa so much. The room was quite big and offered a lovely canopy bed which was my fav. The balcony was opposite the stream, we felt closer to the nature. What a peaceful morning when waking up with background music of a gurgling stream, singing birds and humming insects. In addition, the infinity pool also made us not to want to leave this resort so early. And the street heading to this resort was very impressive with paddy fields along. Don't hesitate to book min 2 nights to enjoy your time at this place. I'm sure you will love it if you are person of nature.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, NOT RECOMMENDED - Scary Place - Bad staff behaviour - Lizards everywhere on Bed and In Room. - Wastage of Full Money Very bad experience, Even Make - My - Trip would not help you in this! Their reservation manager named Vayu is very bad. Do not go to this PLACE!
My husband and I travelled with our adult children 18, 20, 23 and booked the 3 bedroom villa for 5 nights. (There is only ONE 3 bedroom villa at this resort) This villa was wonderful - each of the 3 rooms had a massive king sized bed (very comfy) and a large bathroom. The master bedroom has a wonderful view out over the private pool and thru the trees. The 2nd bedroom had an additional entry room with table and kitchen facilities which we enjoyed using for our poker games! The rooms are adjacent to each other but have seperate entries and seperate keys. The entry to this villa area has a high wall with a big wooden gate that can be latched so very private and secure. This villa was perfect for our family and would work really well for 3 couples. The resort itself was fantastic - beautiful views of the jungle, quiet, an amazing infinity pool at the top adjacent to the breakfast area, another pool down the stairs in the valley by the river which was fed by spring water. The resort also has 4 very nice bikes - which we used to ride to the sacred waterfall (about 20 mins). Highly recommend. Resort is a 25 minute shuttle ride into Ubud - the ride itself is interesting thru the famous Tegagalang village which sells local arts/crafts. Def worth a visit. Also very close to the Bali Swing (look it up!). The hotel shuttle is free into Ubud 3 times a day. Otherwise its a $IDR 130,000 (about $AU14) taxi ride which the hotel can organise. Areas of improvement: (1) Hot breakfasts were served on a big wooden tray with 3 pastries. Wooden trays were too bag and left not much room on the table for anything else. Also, better to let guests choose their own pastries from buffet rather than load each plate up with a roll, a croissant and a snail! So much wastage. (2) The latest shuttle in was at 3pm. It would be great if there was additional shuttle at 5pm. Overall, we loved the location, accomodation, pools and friendly staff. We hope to come back one day.…
We had booked in for 3 nights but moved out after 1. The hotel entrance has building supples piled up and this hotel has paint peeling off the walls and the furniture is tired. All the staff are friendly and trying their best. My view is that this hotel needs a bit of TLC.
After arriving from a long flight etc. This hotel seemed to me not to be a real 4 star but really 3 star. Staff at the front desk speak poor English, and I think the hotel is in need of a bit of investment. (Paint?) Got the impression that the manager was absent and standards were slipping. Eg restaurant food uninspiring in evening , breakfast fruit on the help yourself bar wasn’t refilled, and the restaurant staff seemed a bit absent and unguided. Great location don’t get me wrong and the villas are nice but a bit tired. The safe for example not attached to anything and locked but wouldn’t unlock. They got it open quickly so no real problem. We checked out after 1 night when’s heavy metal party started across the valley and moved to Komaneka Bisma which is real 5* wow but 2x price. …
My family and I spent 7 nights at this amazing place. We absolutely loved the 3 bedroom Villa with the most amazing views and so spacious with a huge bathroom and mini bar. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and Leo was just wonderful. The villa grounds are so beautiful, a tropical wonderland and the food was great too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you and will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our holiday even more special with your efficiency and kindness.
I would like to thank to you all❤ Spending the relax time with my sister in this place was a dream come ruth! And moreover, the New Year's celebration was the best😁 BEAUTIFUL place with so kind people! Thank you🙏

It's was great experience to be very close to nature and wake up in nature. Staff here are very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would come back again as it was most memorable trip due to this location
Great villa with free transport into and out of Ubud centre. The staff are all amazingly friendly and the rooms are perfect for relaxing if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. Great food, bars, pools and services.
