Oh my god, that was the best stay on the whole island! Sadly we just could stay for one night but we would have loved to stay much longer. The villas are compfy, very clean, well furnished and spacious. The service is just great! The staff is very friendly and not pushy at all. They also park your car for... More

We were told about Kubu Kedungu villa by fellow travelers and we we are very happy to have found this special place. We have traveled to Bali often, and we keep searching for areas that are not over-run with tourism. This is one of them The Villas are excellent, clean, comfortable, great views, and quiet. We stayed here for three... More

In my first time in Bali, I started my trip staying somehow close to Tanah Lot temple and booked Kubu Kedungu to start exploring the region. It was a bit in the middle of nowhere but turned out to be an amazing experience - Wayan and staff were extremely nice and professional, no question or demand was left unattended. Room... More

Excellent villas in Bali style with two huge bedrooms both en-suite. Huge semi-open living room and fully equipped kitchen. Air-Con in both bedrooms. Nice view to rice fields from kitchen/living room. I stayed there with two boys 11 and 16 years old for 10 nights and really enjoyed it. Most days we had the swimming pool for ourselves , the... Kubu Kedungu was the perfect start to our family holiday! It's beautiful location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and relaxed atmosphere enabled the whole family to kick their feet up by the pool and wind down. The staff were happy to help with anything you needed and assisted us with directions to walk to Tanah Lot through the rice paddies. The... More

The Vilas are ideally located in Bali to discover its true heart, far from the noisy western Kuta world. In the middle of rice fields, 5' walk from the beautiful black sand beach where locals like to gather (feat. great waves for sweet surf sessions without the pressure of too many white bole sharks...;)), close to a nice little village... This is a true gem. Me and my friend stayed for two days and could have stayed for two months. The design, the space the views, the careful decoration and the friendly staff all added to the true feeling of being away and forgetting about anything worldly. We left with pain in our heart. The new manager and all the... More

We stayed at Kubu Kedungu back in August 2013 and I've been meaning to write this since we came back, so sorry Daniel, better late than not at all. The place is amazing, the view across the paddy fields to the ocean is fantastic and many Bintangs were consumed just gazing out at the view or watching the Balinese go... More

Kubu Kedungu is absolutely beautiful place to stay with magnificent scenery ( Rice Field - Sawah, Trees, Cow, Farmer, etc. ) It’s just... More

I only stayed one night at Kubu Kedungu, with a group of professional colleagues. My room was spotlessly clean and appeared to be new. Everything worked well, and there was nothing at all lacking in terms of inclusions. The room and Villa were tastefully decked out in traditional furniture, and the villas felt authentic without lacking modern conveniences. I did... More
