Separate bungalows built over large ponds. Rustic and charming. Nestled in the rice paddies with views of the rain forest. A Short walk to the morning markets. This is a lovely place to stay, especially if you are looking for a change of pace from the tourism hotspots. Stayed overnight only so not sure about an extended stay. If you are visiting sideman this property is a positive option. Lovely staff, traditional breakfast available fabulous lunch, fresh and tasty.

This is truly a perfect place to relax, recharge and explore Sidemen and surroundings. It's at walking distance from restaurants and warung (small restaurants that serve fewer, typical local dishes), small shops, Atm (the only one that I saw here) and the daily morning market, where you can get a taste, in all senses, of the local life. Warning: the market opens at 5 am and closes at 9:30 am. I would recommend a morning stroll there though. Even to those who are more night owls than early birds. No need to wake up and see the sunrise to get there :) and you can be back here on time for breakfast. They have 4 breakfast menu to choose from. Make sure to try their "Balinese Cake", scrumptious, freshly made and served with a smile. All four cottages or pondok and the small restaurant are set in the middle of a lotus flower pond, surrounded by mountains, flowers and rice paddies. The place is very well managed and the cleaning is thoroughly done daily. Wi-fi is consistent and reliable. This can be also a great place to get some work done, if you need so. Big thumbs up for the staff, very thoughtful and attentive. They will take care of all your needs and make you feel always welcome and very well taken care of. Cannot recommend it enough.

The grounds are beautiful with a large pool, huge fish ponds, lovely garden areas and a restaurant. Breakfast is included. The staff can't do enough for you - they were all SO helpful, especially the manager, Wayan. The bungalows are basic, but clean and new with a sitting area and table and chairs out the front. There's a large mosquito net over the comfortable bed. We found it to be very peaceful here and would have loved to stay longer! The only negatives: 1. WiFi reception was very poor and only available in the restaurant (but I believe they are upgrading). 2. The beer could have been a lot colder!

This new place has a sparkling fresh charm. Situated between fish ponds, the bungalows will appeal to those who look for a personal approach and rest. Wayan, the young host is a great cook. Book the massages! No great luxury but great hospitality.
