We stayed here for one night as part of a group tour of Bali, located close to the rice fields, which are beautiful to walk through. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which was tasty and with good service. Rooms are in bungalows that have semi-outdoor bathrooms which was unusual but nice. The water pressure in the shower could be stronger and more towels would be better (as we were only given one per person). No air-conditioning but this was not needed as the rooms were a comfortable temperature. Overall, this hotel was a nice stop.

We came as part of a group; our leader kept apologizing that there would be no air conditioning. The beauty of the grounds, the elegant, spacious rooms, the good food, and the location more than compensated.

Unfortunately we only stayed here for one night as part of a tour but I would’ve loved to have stayed longer. The rooms are big and comfortable with mosquito nets. Some rooms have outdoor bathrooms! (Tasteful of course) Staff were friendly too. The absolute shining part of my stay was the massage. OMG it was the best I’d had-ever. In a little shack with one open side overlooking the trees and wildlife my friend and I had a couples massage. Wonderful. Oh and there’s a little bar/restaurant opposite that had literally just opened as we arrived and it had an amazing view! (Although limited styles of drinks) FYI the rooms are approx $32 usd p/night.

The location is great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are ok, clean but bit outdated. Good breakfast. Nice located pool. Massage was awful though, would definitely not recommend to have a massage there.

So I stayed for 5 days in Teras Bali and I really loved my stay. Sidemen is actually the most beautiful place i’ve ever been (i’ve been one month in Bali but this place was by far the best). Every morning I could see the mount Agung from my window and see the lush green environment. They offer various tours and I did the ricefield trekking with a really lovely guy named Wayan. He told me a lot about the trees, plantations and the culture around there and did this with so much enthousiasm and warmth, as for all the staff in Teras Bali. They’re all young but so lovely as they would make up your bed and put all nice flowers in your room. If I could say something about the little details I would say that everything looks a bit outdated, but this would never hold me back to stay there again. I drove around on the motorbike for two days in this were the best days of my whole stay in Bali. Suksma Teras Bali! See you next time.
