Stayed for two nights here in June, full of beautiful memories.first the staffs there very attentive and helpful, second the room i stayed was big, there are just two storeys, that time i stayed at lower floor, and the upper floor not occupied,so like me occupied the whole building. breakfast was huge and delicious, room spacious with bathtub, very natural places, you can hear insects sound, the second night i even saw a firefly in my room.the staff wayan is the treasure of this homestay, good hospitality, and gave useful info about the place, also suggested me to swim in a nearby Villa for free(same owner),the next morning i had a trekking with him, nice and unique experience.the homestay surrounded with rice fields, when you sit at the veranda, you can admire the stunning rice fields view.you can walk around this area,on th second day afternoon,i was exploring the surrounding, saw a flocks of black ducks going home, after that i went back to Bebek Biru, the blue duck homestay...

We had an amazing night in this place! People, landscape, flowers on the bed and in the double sized bathtub, the delicious fish cocked in banana leaves at the restaurant recommended by the owner of the hotel and the morning breakfast in our bed... everything was perfect for us! Thank you!! Max & Xenia

We stayed at Bebek Biru for three days in August - wish we stayed longer. The Villa is very spacious, well decorated rooms, beds comfortable and we slept so good here - despite all the frogs you could hear in the evening. No mosquitos, only a bat one evening inside the living room :) Wayan would prepare us breakfast in the kitchen and serve it on the terrace that had so nice views. We rented a scooter and used it to drive to the local warungs or the Karma Loka villa where we could use the pool. Wayan also took us rice fields trekking, as well as to a local temple. These were so authentic experiences. Would highly recommend this place - and Sidemen.

The house was a dream for our family... A airy bedroom upstairs for us and our daughter... an private studio in the garden section downstairs... perfect. Together with the caring presence of Waying and his compagnon with super breakfasts, keeping the house and garden clean, doing nice extras like flowers for my wife's birthday ... a nice trip in the nearby ricefields ( a must do)... We always had our privacy - but he was always there when we needed him Bebek Biru's view is still amazing (ricefields, mountains, a faraway village,...) but is now a bit "damaged" by the building frenzy in Sidemen. They managed to approve several big buildings in the middle of the ricefields/view... We visited Sideman 5 years ago and were amazed that so much restaurants, hotels, private houses/bungalows popped out in this paradise... but it still worth going...and we hope that Sideman remains its character.
