Not the fanciest place to stay but charming nonetheless. About 20 old style wooden cottages on stilts. Not much space in the rooms if you have stacks of luggage like we did but we didn't mind because the place is a bit different. Views from the property and the restaurant are terrific, the staff are very helpful with good English....

The couple of other reviews who mention the mice problem forgot to mention the rats. Whatever moved the candle from one end of our room to the other on the first night was certainly no little mouse. The 1st night we got "upgraded" to one of the brick built duplex cottages. The room, especially the bathroom, had seen better days...

Absolutely one of the best experiences we've ever had. We stayed in in one of the lumbung cottages that overlooked the rice fields. You can watch the sun rise and set from your balcony, and fall asleep to the best bird, insect and frog orchestra you will ever hear. We took advantage of the waterfall and subak treks that the...
