Abia Villas is in a great location near to the Main Street, but once in your villa it feels tucked away and you cannot hear any of the hustle and bustle. The villas are just delightful. They are spotlessly cleaned every day including the pool. The rooms are spacious and the large beds were super comfy! I loved the ensuite bathrooms in each room with a seperate bath and then open roof shower as well. It was so refreshing to have nice breeze come through while showering after the heat of the day, or a relaxing bath after busy days out. There was a TV in each room as well as the outside seating area, which also has a dining table and full size fridge. Bathroom products were provided and our Villa was replenished with 8 x 600ml bottles every day which was great. I have a toddler and the hotel were able to organise a pool fence to be put up for our stay (at extra charge but reasonable) which gave me great peace of mind. They also organised for us to rent a stroller for our bub and had it delivered to the hotel for us to use while there. Most of all, the staff were amazing!! So friendly and welcoming, and anything we needed help with they went out of their way to do. They really made our first trip to Bali very special :-)

Our stay at Abia Villa was perfect. Our villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and cleaned daily to the same spotless standard. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the pool was sensational. All features were also of the same standard ie wifi, breakfast, massage etc. The location is convenient, yet the villas are very quiet, with no noise from the outside world. The staff were especially good. Kind, courteous and very helpful. Will stay here again.

Superb hospitality at Abia Villa! Everyone is so friendly and always greeting you with a smile. The villa is clean and relatively new. My kids loved the pool which is about 1.4m deep. The toilets are in a way outdoors but the wall is about 3m high so you have total privacy and the experience to bathe under the stars is really something. As with most villas, mosquitoes are inevitable but the guest services will light up the mosquitoes coils around the villa every evening and it’s effective. We ordered lunch at our villa on one of the day and the food is so delicious and the price is reasonable. Would definitely recommend that!
The villa is in Legian (between Kuta and Seminyak) so it is about a 20min away from the heart of seminyak. However, with ride hailing so easily assessable and affordable, I wouldn’t mind the distance. There is a convenient store just across the street of the villa and it’s so convenient to grab bottles of drinking water or even a late night snack.

We stayed in a two bedroom private pool villa over Xmas and New Year period. The beaufiul people who work at Abia cant do enough for you, they are so friendly, helpful and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Our villa was clean and spacious we had two luxurious partly outdoor bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. The villas were cleaned to a high standard every day and the pool was kept clean. It was so peaceful when you were in your villa you didnt hear a sound which was surprising as the location was very central just down a short lane off a main road. Close to Legian Beach and 5 mins walk to Jalan Padma with lots of restaurant choices. We had breakfast delivered to our vlla every morning on time. The pool was a great escape from the stinking hot humiditiy so we were glad of that. All in all a very enjoyable stay at Abia, but the people who worked there made it for us, they were wonderful, thank you.

Abia Villa is the perfect villa for a family or honeymoon vacation. We went to Bali with four family members of 2 adults, a 5yo and 3Yo kids. This was the first time where we decided to cancel our other hotel reservation and go back to the same Villa, during the same period of holiday. We are very satisfied with all that Abia villa has. Oh yeah, we came back twice during the same period!! That's how much we love this villa and would recommend it, especially for a family vacation.
The villa was spacious, clean, well sanitized (especially during this period), and the pool temperature was perfect!! So Homey (I compared this with the two other Villas that we stayed during our holiday). The location is convenient, near the restaurants, walking distance to the beach (Padma Beach), and convenience store, and yet the villas are very quiet. The Staffs, led by Ms. Sandy, are very helpful, kind, and courteous. You just can't go wrong with this Villa!!! Super recommended.

Absolutely fabulous stay at Abia, all the reviews regarding the staff are correct! They honestly cannot do enough for you. The villa is hidden behind the main street in Legian, and a $3 cab fare to either seminyak, or Kuta. If you have never experienced a villa before, you must give it a go. To leave your airconditioned room and jump into the pool, then shower in the open air bathroom is a true experience, the privacy, the space, so very relaxing. The breakfasts are cooked to order in their restaurant, or they can bring it to you villa. Will definately be visiting again, but longer this time.

This villa was absolutely beautiful in every way, from the staff to the surrounds to the rooms. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, saying hello again even if you were only gone for 5 minutes. Every day they come and clean your rooms and replenish everything. Razors and toothbruahes were provided. The beds were comfy enough for bali beds (always hard matresses). Our A/C stopped working in the kids room and within 5 mins someone was there, 15 mins later it was working again. Everything was well maintained.
The location was great, it was in central Legian but it was down the alley way making it peaceful. There were heaps of options for your included breakfast to choose from and the room service was reasonably priced. They have happy hour from 12pm-8pm. 2 for 1 drinks!! Can highly recommend the strawberry daiquiri. We would absolutely stay again and also recommend it to friends.
My only advice, don't get tattoo ink on the bedsheets. It will cost you $110!! 😳🙈

This was our 4th visit to Abia Villas. We would like to thank Lena and her team for making this yet another fantastic and relaxing stay. The villas are really comfortable, with air condition and a semi-outdoor bathroom. The only thing that needs replacing is the shower head, but we understand from the resort that this will happen soon. There is a dining area and a private pool with sun loungers. Breakfast is included and can be delivered to your villa at your chosen time, or you can choose to eat it in the Abia Cafe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a really peaceful place, just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Legian. We are looking forward to our next visit in 2024.

We stayed at the Abia Villas for eight nights and had absolutely nothing to complain about. The Villa was spacious well fitted out and had everything we needed. It was well maintained and peaceful with a great garden and private pool that we enjoyed every day. Loved the bathroom and open shower, unique and appealing. Lighting mosquito coils throughout open areas of the villa every evening is a very nice touch.
The Villa complex location is ideal, so close to so many great places to eat and drink as well as being convenient to plenty of shopping and spas etc. If the beach is your thing it is only about a ten or 15 minute walk.
All the staff at the complex are very professional and courteous and so friendly. The restaurant did an amazing job every time we visited. We had breakfast there every day and a couple of meals and many cocktails as well. Absolutely no complaint, food was great.
Finally we would like to thank all the staff, they were always smiling and extremely helpful at all times of the day or night. The reception staff always remembered our names and was superbly helpful no matter what the hour or request. The guys doing the rooms were so friendly an discrete and did an amazing job every day.

We had an amazing 7 night stay at Abia Villa Legian in Bali. The villa was beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable. The private pool was a perfect spot to relax, and the lush garden added to the tropical vibe. All members of the staff were exceptionally friendly and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything was perfect. The location is ideal, only a 10 min. walk to Legian’s lively spots and a further 10 to the beach, but still peaceful and quiet. The on-site bar/restaurant served breakfast and good coffee with a wider daily menu available. I highly recommend Abia Villa for a relaxing and luxurious Bali getaway!

The two-bedroom villa does not have a connecting door in between, the two rooms are side by side and have each door facing to the pool. Ideally, the one-bedroom villa is designed for couples, but if you wish to stay in a one-bedroom villa with your children, our sofa bed is good for one child as we will cover it with linen and another kid has to sleep in a rollaway bed, but the space would not be as comfortable as you expect and there will be an extra charge for the rollaway bed and breakfasts for the children.
