After spending 2 nights on our original booked accomodation we made the moved to Abia Villas and it was the best decision for our Bali stay. The property and villas were absolutely beautiful and gave us the tranquil and resort vibe we were looking for. The staff were absolutely amazing, generous and so polite. The facilities were perfect and well kept. We felt safe and sound. I had a treatment at the spa and while it was lovely - I booked in for package including a massage but it was more like a body rub rather than massage, which was a little disappointing but lovely at the same time. I would definitely recommend staying at this wonderful villa. Close to everything and some of the best food Bali has to offer. Thank you so very much. We will be seeing you again and again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Tucked away down a lane off Jln Legian its right between the busier parts of Seminyak and Kuta. Cant hear any street noise. The villas are new and clean and well appointed, comfy beds and the staff here are amazing and friendly. There is a Cafe on site as well. Local fruit and vegie market is just up the road if you are keen to get some local vibes. i am looking forward to coming back soon.

We had a lovely stay at Abia Villa. It is stylish boutique establishment of pool villas, strategically located in the heart of Legian and walking distance to the beach. Would stay again given the chance. Liked: -Private and quiet villa in a great location -Good made to order breakfast served in your room -Swimmable pool right in your room -Extremely friendly service staff Disliked: -Some of the room furniture a bit old and stained from heavy use -Had trouble getting shower products replenished.

Superb hospitality at Abia Villa! Everyone is so friendly and always greeting you with a smile. The villa is clean and relatively new. My kids loved the pool which is about 1.4m deep. The toilets are in a way outdoors but the wall is about 3m high so you have total privacy and the experience to bathe under the stars is really something. As with most villas, mosquitoes are inevitable but the guest services will light up the mosquitoes coils around the villa every evening and it’s effective. We ordered lunch at our villa on one of the day and the food is so delicious and the price is reasonable. Would definitely recommend that! The villa is in Legian (between Kuta and Seminyak) so it is about a 20min away from the heart of seminyak. However, with ride hailing so easily assessable and affordable, I wouldn’t mind the distance. There is a convenient store just across the street of the villa and it’s so convenient to grab bottles of drinking water or even a late night snack.

We have stayed here a few times but this was our first trip back since covid. Still an amazing place to stay, the staff are the biggest selling point they are warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. A new part of the villa complex is the Bar and cafe. Wira is a genius at cocktails! The best we've had this trip ( even Barbacoa!) Thanks to all the staff for another wonderful holiday. We will be back 💖

As we left the main street and entered Abia Villas reception, we entered a area of tranquility, seemingly far removed from the traffic chaos of Bali! The villas are exceptional - carefully designed with complete privacy in mind. Swimming pool, covered outdoor dining area, bedroom/lounge area with air con, semi-outdoor bathroom with shower and bath - all absolutely wonderful. All the staff, without exception, were friendly and cheerful, making every effort to ensure we had the perfect holiday. The breakfasts were lovely, served in our villa and the 2 evening meals were of high quality. We are hoping to go back and would not hesitate to recommend Abia Villas to anyone. A special shout-out to Magdalena (General Manager) and all her staff for all the help they gave us before and during our stay.

Currently staying at the Abia, as we always wanted to experience a private villa. This place did not disappoint. So quiet and tranquil. The room is huge and very clean. Was worried about mosquitoes but staff had already lit a coil up from our return from lunch. Close to everything and very friendly staff. The only thing that crossed my mine was showering in the outside bathroom if it rained, which hasn't happened yet. We will definitely be coming back here and bringing our family.

Abia Villas is in a great location near to the Main Street, but once in your villa it feels tucked away and you cannot hear any of the hustle and bustle. The villas are just delightful. They are spotlessly cleaned every day including the pool. The rooms are spacious and the large beds were super comfy! I loved the ensuite bathrooms in each room with a seperate bath and then open roof shower as well. It was so refreshing to have nice breeze come through while showering after the heat of the day, or a relaxing bath after busy days out. There was a TV in each room as well as the outside seating area, which also has a dining table and full size fridge. Bathroom products were provided and our Villa was replenished with 8 x 600ml bottles every day which was great. I have a toddler and the hotel were able to organise a pool fence to be put up for our stay (at extra charge but reasonable) which gave me great peace of mind. They also organised for us to rent a stroller for our bub and had it delivered to the hotel for us to use while there. Most of all, the staff were amazing!! So friendly and welcoming, and anything we needed help with they went out of their way to do. They really made our first trip to Bali very special :-)

We were booked for 10 days but loved it so much we stayed another 5 We felt like special family guests. Staff were outstanding. Magdalena .and Kato and Wayan and the others were kind and caring to the point of making sure we didn't leave any bags in taxis and helping us order food for delivery They couldn't do enough for us. The villa with private pool was exceptional. Bed comfy coffee and tea topped up every day. Clean and up to date This was the most relaxed I have been in years We will definitely return and look forward to the reopened restaurant and bringing our extended family
