They showed a different price on the net and when we booked, the man at the front desk wanted us to pay for the hotel without booking via app and get everything included plus breakfast. Then he had removed us from breakfast. The woman the next day refused to listen and wanted to pay extra and make a deal in case we stay another night. No service minded and made the guest feel cheated.

Trip No 7 for this year meant witnessing the completion of major upgrades to the pool and bar/dining area. Unfortunately the pool didn't open until a couple of days after we left. But Susie did get to step foot in it. Non-Slip tiles now surround the pool, Hoorah! Just about have to be a first for Bali. A completely new design means the the water continually flows over the top of the walls. The renovations to the bar area, new seating, sound system and lighting are excellent. Changes in the kitchen mean you can now get a pizza with a crispy base as opposed to soggy (from microwave) at other hotels. The Christmas tree and decorations are also up. This year Christmas (Dec 25) and the Balinese/Hindu Galungan (Christmas) coincide. At the rear of the hotel a very nice garden area has been built at the access to the new Shrine.

it's simple and clean. and great value for money. their restaurant is nice and cheaper than the restaurants out. The location is quite inside you need a 10 min walk to reach the Kuta beach. The hotel is safe and cozy with nice swimming pool to get some sun and read a book (relaxed afternoon) the only this was at night the mosquitoes in the setting common area

We stayed here for 10 days, it was clean, the staff were friendly however there was no pressure whatsoever in the shower, although at least we could get hot water. We didn't use the pool, the restaurant or the spa. It is in a fantastic location with really good cafes, warungs, laundry, mini mart & massage place within minutes of walking outside. Also only 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Room was a great size etc for the price, but unfortunately our room and many others were next to some kind of building site within the hotel and work started around 8am EVERY morning we were there. We could not lie in bed and relax once, once they started the construction work we were up too, not what you want if you're on holiday. I think if you're a hotel with this many guests you should consider doing the construction work when it cools down in the evening as more people are likely to be out eating.
