The rooms are small but clean. The rooms with an outside balcony are much better than the inside ones. Lifts work well and big breakfast. Great location in Legian. Toiletries included in room rate. Staff are helpful and polite.

We were staying from 21-24 Feb 2020. Unfortunately, the AC was so hot. I told this to the receptionist and they sent me the engineering, but still it was hot. And the floor was a little bit sticky. Yet i think you should change the light, cause its a little bit dark. But the service was good and friendly!

Overall it is a ok hotel, not so bad nor good. When we first went to the room, the shower door was in another way around. They gave us water heater, but without any teabag or coffee, so questionable. AC was also not working, but thankfully staff was so fast. Breakfast was so delicious even not only many choices of food. Lift also wasn't working good. on the last day we brought all of our things from 5th floor because of the error of the lift. so stressful. maybe we just unlucky bcs of the renovation.

Staff are very friendly and they make your stay enjoyable. Good location, around 10 minutes walk to the beach, close to warung, restaurants and shops. Unfortunately there are no parasols over the sunbeds, otherwise we would spend more time by the pool during the day. Rooms are a little disappointing, but there is a renovation project underway. Breakfast is pretty good, with some different options each day. Devi, Ratna and the other staff are kind and attentive.

The place is good. All the staffs are presentable and kind. They always smile and greet the guests. Foods are well-cooked. Unfortunately, our concerns have been listed to our heads. First, we asked the front desk upon arrival that if they can consider a complimentary early check-in for us since we've been into a very tiring flight, and we just got a NO answer for a cause that there's still a guest inside the room (but while we're looking around, there's just a maintenance ongoing). Second, the main course in the restaurant is always chicken, I mean the same type of cooking like on the other day until our last day (adobo here in the Philippines). I would like to suggest that they can serve fried chicken/fish or sweet and sour chicken/fish, etc. since pork has been banned in the country. Lastly, we're very much forced to upgrade the room on our own since the superior room doesn't have a drawer/cabinet which we mainly needed to fix our stuffs. Even we are only two adults who will stay, we eventually upgraded our room into a family room just to make sure that there's a cabinet/drawer. But still, I and my friend will give 3-stars for the kindness of each staff. Greeting the guests is very important, it gives you a stand of being a hospitable one. Hopefully, for our next stay or to other guests whom you can see that they are very tired of their flight, you will give them at least a consideration of an early check-in because we feel so uncomfortable after being in a long drive, really.

I am hoping we just got unlucky because we booked the week they are undergoing renovation. Our sinks were clogged and the comfort room was flooding, air conditioning wasn't working and they seemed to be short staffed at the time. We were asked to transfer rooms, and they asked us to go downstairs to the lobby to fetch the new key cards ourselves (but when we went to the new room, it was already opened by housekeeping!). Elevator on the 5th floor also wasn't working. There also seems to be a lot of miscommunication between their staff. We called the front desk cause we wanted to order food and they said their restaurant doesn't serve food at the moment. But when we went upstairs to their rooftop restaurant we were able to get food. We also called front desk to ask if the pool was open and they said it wasn't because it was under renovation/maintenance. But when we went up, people were swimming and the staff there said the pool was okay to be used. It was confusing and a bit stressful.

This hotel borders seminyak and legian. It is modern and trendy and the room is great, not yr typical gloss tile floor and wooden chairs you see in many hotels. Furniture is very western. The mattress and slumberland pillows were great, couldnt fault it. Veey comfy. Aircon works Fabulously, Tv has 60 channels, excellent. Great pool on 6th floor. If you are a light sleeper, noise can be an issue. The cafe next to reception, is open and noise travels up to rooms. Foyer music till 11pm, and loud conversations at reception. Staff are Fabulous, although if you asking for something unusual, english can be a problem. I had to speak to 3 ppl before someone understood, if they could turn foyer music down. I would definately come again. The price is Amazing, great also for Seminyak. 15min walk to Bintang supermarket Seminyak (highly recommend). This hotel has no licensed bar (but theres plenty in seminyak.) Pool photo is off their site

The hotel ain't flashy but it offered the best access to shops, places to eat and the beach (which is a couple of hundred meters by foot). I like the way the common areas are made so airy while the hotel rooms are air conditioned - makes for an efficient operation and kind of environmentally supporting as well. During our stay, part of the pool deck was being renovated so we didn't bother go up. We didn't have the time anyway as our itinerary was full of sight seeing in and around Bali. One disappointment which I hope the hotel can improve on: breakfast and COFFEE. I would always love to perk up my morning with a good cup of coffee especially if my day is full during a trip. Breakfast food is not so bad as they served mostly local Indon cuisine. The egg for those looking to still eat western? You may want to skip it, lest you'd just be disappointed. Going back to coffee, theirs is like a fourth teaspoon of fine instant powder in a cup of hot water - CAN'T EVEN TASTE THE COFFEE IN THERE! It's quite a disappointment really noting that Bali is somehow known for its good coffee. Certainly, MaxOne has not represented that trait well. The tea? SIMILAR! During our stay, we contented ourselves with just water and looked for good coffee elsewhere, i.e. some Aussie restos that are just adjacent. Other than that, the hotel features and services are most commensurate to its three star rating.
