First tile Staying in legian and we are so glad we chose The Lokha. Great location , clean rooms, accomodating friendly staff and nice food. Staff bend over backwards and nothing is too much for them. The only fault we had is that we our room was near the stairs which was quite noisy in the mornings. That being said everything else was well worth it as well as it being very affordable.

Stayed at the Lokha for 8 nights and was extremely happy with all aspects of our stay. The Staff were amazing especially a young man named Purna and the staff at the pool bar, they all went out of their way to make our stay great. The rooms are older but very clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable. We stayed in a deluxe room, 3rd floor, which had a smaller balcony. Great food in restaurant and breakfast was adequate. Never a problem getting a sun lounger and the pool was warm. Overall a wonderful stay and would definately revisit.

The staff at this hotel are very kind, very attentive and courteous. Very helpful when you asked them for anything. The hotel itself is fairly decent. Rooms were basic but spacious and clean. Not a huge choice for breakfast but it was ok. My biggest complaint of this hotel was the disgusting behaviour of the guests who stayed there. People at the pool area were loud and inconsiderate and behaved like animals. Getting drunk and shouting everyday. Could not enjoy the pool area at all because of this. Shouting in the corridors with no consideration for other guests. I felt sorry for the staff having to put up with them. If you want a relaxing holiday you won’t get it here.

Booked a room on ground floor leaking out to pool. Big bathroom. Separate bath with a shower over head as well as another shower. Lighting in room good. Great air con. Not sure what was with tissue box in bathroom as tissues kept coming out damp. A little noisy at night from the band playing close by but not too bad. Breakfast adequate with fresh fruit, eggs bread. Certainly not outstanding for example the cheese was packet slices in plastic wrap. Pool area small but fine with a swim up bar. Seats around edge in pool and small wading pool above main pool. Appeared to be enough seating around pool. Staff helpful and polite. I wasn't flying until the night and they let me shower in a room at end of day at no extra cost. Check out is noon. Food and drinks good. Spa service okay.
