Very disappointed with this hotel, our room was disgusting it looked like no one had cleaned it in a very long time. Stains on the sheets bugs everywhere, bug poop. dirty tiled floors. We moved hotels the next morning.

My 4th stay here, I love it. Location is so good, as is the pool. Restaurant and bar is awesome, live music every night is awesome too. Staff are always fabulous and so caring and helpful, always up for a sit and chat. Great coffees too. My go to place in legian and cheap.

This hotel is certainly not 5 star however neither was the cost. The rooms needed a freshen up but to be fair, we paid less than £140 for 8 nights so we really can’t moan. If I ever went back to Bali, I’d definitely consider this hotel again. It was cheap, clean and the air on was great. We didn’t need anymore

Our first room was very basic but not too bad..The toilet over flowed every 2nd though. They had a ceremony on so we were moved to another room that was full of mold..Made me really sick so had to sit outside from 3 am onwards until staff came on at 8am. I was told if i wanted, i could go to another hotel..I said i didn't mind but wanted a refund. They then put us in a really nice room on the top floor. It had a lift which was good but there was a large rubbish bin outside our door which smelt very bad the moment you walked out into the hall.. The staff in the restaurant area were nice but front desk staff were quite rude. There were guests there who dominated the pool area..They would leave their towels on the lounges and a book so no one would sit there and go out all day..Very inconsiderate ..This was in September and i believe they are there every September..Skinny bleach blonde woman and her husband in their 40s..I suggest not to go there in that month because she is very rude..We had to pay for breakfast, which was 10 dollars and very basic. We only ate there in the morning, about 3 times in two weeks and chose to walk across the road and buy coffee and a cake for $2.50 , which the hotel frowned on us taking it back to our room.. Every night they had a band which finished at 11pm and they were dreadful and the singer off key..It was like scraping your nails on a chalk board..The newer rooms upstairs we were placed in were very nice..Would i stay here again?..Probably not..Too many rats day and night and they had no fear, sometimes sitting under the pool chairs..They were huge too, like a small cat..Staff , cleaners etc were not that friendly except the restaurant staff. The restaurant food is good and it's in a good location.
