I have stayed at Ibis Styles (All Seasons) at least half a dozen times previously and will never stay there again. It looks like they just shut the hotel when COVID hit and then reopened it without doing any general maintenance or other work. All but one of the good staff have left and the new staff have little or no English, they are blind to problems and dont understand when you try to explain. Some of the issues I, and others with similar previous experiences, had this visit: - Toilet Paper - had to ask almost daily for toilet paper - leaving the empty roll on the handbasin was not enough of a trigger to replace it - In room Safe - four phone calls, two trips to reception and two days before someone understood that my safe was not working and was able to fix it - Hand Towel - asked for one first day, replaced 2nd day, never saw another one in my 11 day stay - Shower Drain - blocked and almost overflowed each time before sufficient pressure built up for it to emptied - Venetian blinds - broken and did not close properly - Cleanliness - on the surface not too bad, but underneath needs a very deep and - - Wash - not replaced until asked (twice) - Hand Basin Plug - locked close after cleaning. Followed up with cleaner who used my teaspoon to hammer the plug open (spoon end) and then he replaced it on the tray with the cups - Teabags not refilled - Pool towels - rarely any to be found and very threadbare, but clean - Bath towels - gray and threadbare - Floors not mopped - spills on my floor were there for 3 days - Broken Light - multiple calls, explanations to 4 cleaners, none of whom spoke English, a note translated into Bahasa and two days before my light was fixed - Clothes airer - asked multiple times of 3 days, never got one and gave up asking - Juice dispenser - on orange juice so clogged the juice barely tricked out - Pool lounges - some broken with the broken panels jus pushed back into place and left out for use. No cushions as previously - Pool decking - dirty, thick grimy sum. Need a really good scrub - Door wedge - rubbish left but cleaning staff took my door wedge despite being left next to door onto verandah - Spoke to cleaning staff twice, reception and left a note in Bahasa. Again no response from anyone - Room service meal trays - left out in hallways for greater than 24hrs - Breakfast - not what it used to be - no sign out advising guests they can ask for eggs/bacon etc - Toilet runs non -stop - Weeds/gardens - need a really good tidy up and weed So very disappointed. A complete audit of everyroom and every corner of the place needs to be done and cleaning/repairs undertaken. Staff also need some intensive English lessons. Perhaps the man who looked like the Manager, strutted around in fancy long-sleeved shirts, and spoke to none of the guests could do with some awareness training also. Unless they are able to demonstrate that some of these things have been addressed I will not be, nor will other couples I spoke to who have also been regulars here, will be returing. On the upside the bedding was lovely and clean…
Very friendly staff. Great hotel environment. The rooms are larger than Ibis standard. The surrounding is quiet. Food has great variety and selection. Great hotel for vacation with family and friends.
The All Seasons has but one season. Fine. Well situated to be not far from beach or main shopping strip. Good pool. Sky Bar and Pool bar available. Good kitchen. Great pizza. Excellent staff who give premium service and natural friendliness.
Ibis Styles is in a perfect location close to everything you need. Short stroll to the beach, plenty of food choices and is nice and quiet when you need it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy with a view of the pool area. Was very happy with the pool and my stay included breakfast each morning, which set you up for the day ahead. Fantastic value for money. Have already rebooked for next year.
There were some problems, but thanks to Eri and general manager who helped me check in, I could have a good stay. I would like to thank the person who helped me check out. no hot water in the bathroom. airconditioning was stuck on 16 degrees and non adjustable. 3 days of constant power blackouts, management said the power backup generator was not working. I should get a full refund for what I had to endur.
Recently we visited Bali and stayed at this hotel. Their staff is dedicated, courteous and hard working. Their morning breakfast was superb and tasty with plenty of options. We wish to convey our gratitude to Ayu duty manager, Sujana the chef, the front desk staff Dagos, Tiara, Deepa, Desi,Eri, Pradnya, Suartha, Seni, Widi and the kitchen staff Dewi, Jian, Dewa, Pande, Yasa, Bagus, Tuntun in making our stay comfortable. There were other silent heroes of housekeeping staff who worked in the background. We would love to visit again at the next available holiday opportunity.
Thankyou Mr Suni and the staff at Ibis Styles Legian . We are here now for another 8 nights . I am using a credit from a holiday booked from 2020 . Thankyou for honouring our booking . We had the hotel pick up which was very good . We had the free welcome drink on our arrival courtesy of our platinum membership . It is very busy with occupency rate due to Ramadan , so didnt receive our usual upgrade of a deluxe pool view room with outdoor shower . Breakfast today was very busy but Dewi was very helpful in making sure every thing was replenished due to running out from very hungry guests We had a wonderful massage from Dewi in the spa . The bed is very comfortable but the pillows arent great. Very noisy at the moment with children on holidays but i think it will get quieter after Ramadan…
Friendly staff. Hotel is suitable for low budget travellers without high expectations so this hotel is good for value. The hotel is conveniently not too far to the famous public beaches, Kuta beach and Legian beach. Close to the Beach Walk, the popular shopping mall and food court.
Place was amazing. Quiet, peace and staff was absolutely polite and accommodating. Will surely return for next trip. Sadly, due to the pandemic, it was a bit quiet but nevertheless, was awesome! Kudos to the team! See ya soon!!!
