Booked a deluxe room in Sep 13 (3 months in advance), with a garden view and a double bed. I was welcomed to a room facing the generator with twin beds. After several room changes, I gave up and asked for a refund to book a room elsewhere. No refund policy apparently. They came up with this great idea of...

We stayed at the jayakarta in the September school holidays. We never book through the hotel, we only ever go through TIC Bali . (Google him) Putu is the guy who runs TIC Bali and he manages about 30 privately rented rooms at the jayakarta hotel. He is 100% helpful with everything and his rooms are so much cheaper than...

We always book through Putu and stay in the privately owned apartments at Jayakarta, located in residence B. These apartments are fully self contained and very well maintained by Putu amf his friendly Staff. The location of Jayakarta is fantastic, 3 swimming pools to choose from and the grounds are just beautiful. I would not book through the hotel to...

Check in was smooth- room was tired, and the bath had rust around the top. The room smelt stale and on more than one occasion there was a sewage smell coming through the internal drain pipe-which was not pleasant. Had one evening meal on arrival, which was of a poor standard. The breakfasts which we had for 6 days was good. The...

Pool area is pretty good. Every morning insects crawling over pastries at both breakfast areas, we had our room changed as smell was unbearable, the room we moved to didn't smell that much but air conditioner kept breaking down. Staff reluctant to help as they hope you go away. Three days in a row run out of towels in pool...

Came from Villas in Seminyak to Jayakarta. An uncomfortable transition. With the a good clean the room would have looked 10 times better, this didn't change throughout the week stay. The bathroom toilet leaked, had mould, showerhead was broken. Mosquitoes EVERYWHERE. Door frames broken. No safe in the room. Bed linen old and walls paper thin. I just feel like...

My daughter and her friends stayed here for their Schoolies trip . It was the 3rd hotel resort they stayed at during their holiday and they were very disappointed. Their room did not appear to have been serviced before they checked in - towels were dirty, floor had not been vacuumed. Another one of the rooms had a burst pipe...
