We have bent Bali a few times, well more than a few. It has been one of our traits to match hotels against the modest , yet really quite good Alam KulKul Boutique Resort. We had the best breakfasts and we had meal vouchers whilst there. it was fairly secluded- even with the heavy traffic outside. In my opinion it... More

This is a great place to stay as a family with small kids. The staff is super friendly, the pools are fine, rooms (we had a new lanai) are nice and clean, great location just across the beach and the spa is lovely (although the prices are higher than other spas in the area). We will definitely consider staying here... More

We stayed here in July in a New Alum room. We really enjoyed the pool area and the staff were very accommodating only a couple of negatives , one of the staff members serving breakfast was extremely unpleasant you definitely felt she didn't want to be there, the other staff members were lovely. We did have a bad smell coming... More

We have stayed at this little gem several times now, in various types of rooms, family rooms - nicely set out with a separate area within the main room for the twin beds, large bathroom, spa product toiletries, just heavenly. Java Villa, the best, your little piece of luxury! private plunge pool outdoor/indoor bathroom and shower, dressing room with wardrobes,... More

Stayed in bungalow 101 and enjoyed our stay. The room was very large and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was great. Both the room & bathroom was well equipped. Unfortunately I found the bed very hard. I mentioned this at reception and they put a mattress topper on for me which made it a bit better. The pools were good tho being... More

We stayed four nights in an Alam Villa, a spacious, elegant resort, with an outdoor terrace area. We were impressed with the luxurious bathroom (huge sunken bath, large bottles of deliciously scented soap, shampoo and lotion) and dressing area. The aircon and wifi were both efficient. The grounds of the hotel were lovely, quiet and calm. We also liked both... More

My husband and I stayed at alamkulkul for 7 nights. Originally we were in the Alam room but found it small and on the 3rd floor (no elevator). We asked to be moved and we paid extra for a villa. We found the villa lovely. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The gardens are beautiful and well kept with two pools... More

We recently stayed for 9 nights at Alam Kulkul and found it a wonderful and relaxing resort. We stayed in the New Alam Rooms at the back of the resort near the Garden Pool. The rooms were spacious and newly renovated. Our rooms also had a nice balcony which allowed us to read and relax if there were no sun lounges... More

Stayed here for the past five nights and really enjoyed it! Staff were helpful, room was sizeable (albeit it was just me staying) and had a great shower and separate bath - which I've found is somewhat of a hard thing to come by in Bali. The gardens and rooms being set back from the road are silent, you wouldn't... More
