I have been to Bali 12 times and stay somewhere different each time and have NEVER experienced such appalling customer service in my life. The jayakarta resort in general is a great place but the receptionists at the sejuk suites are the RUDEST and most unprofessional people I have ever come across. They were extremely unhelpful when we left our... More

We are a family of 4 ( Miss 3yrs and Master 13yrs) we booked rm 6524. This 2 bedroom apartment had a really user friendly layout. All facilities were clean and in good working order. Greater comfort for less money in a resort we love...doesn't get much better.

Just returned from an 8 night stay at the Sejuk Suites. I'm pleased to report that the stay was great. We were in a 1 bedroom apartment with a double sofa bed in the lounge area. The lounge area was closed off with a sliding door if required so you had two separate sleeping areas. Air con was wicked. Clean... More

Definitely check this place out. Especially for families. We stayed in room 6511 from the 18th of July, 2015 for 11 days. It is shown as a 5 star, but I would say it's more of a 4 star. Kind of like, you can tell it was once a top of the range apartment, but is now in need of... More

Lovely apartment, very comfortable with 2 adults and 2 kids aged 6 and 10. Wyan was lovely and made sure our apartment was always cleaned, maintained and she looked after our laundry for us. You pay via cash or card to her in your room. Bed was very comfortable and you had block out blinds so it was very easy... More

This was a pretty good place to stay, we had a 2 bedroom sejuck private apartment, very old must say, we had a couple of problems , but rectified straight away, Wayan was awesome and very helpful. Apartments look much better in the pictures! Fridge wasn't cold and leaked water, bathroom had a mouldy smell. The apartment is located a fair distance from the pool area and being on the top floor we were always waiting for the tiny lift! The location is good, our two primary school children were fine walking the distance to beach, markets... More

We (2 adults, 2 children aged 10 and 14) stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments (no.6524) for 4 nights. The benefits of the apartment were: it was a good size (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen), the air conditioning and wifi worked well, pool towels were provided, and it is part of the Jayakarta Resort which...
