The only good think in this hotels is Location, the rest just so-so, even nicer other hotel with same category or lower. I think the management doesn't care with routine maintenance. My room was clean, but the facility was suck, stain everywhere in bathroom, floor, working desk, wastafel, etc. The AirCon sooooo noisy and little bit dirty. Many room facilities seemed broken. Only Security have a good smile and professional. I got problem with my payment, even I use prepaid payment from Santika App. They only think about themself, not customer satisfaction/experiences. Very basic breakfast, with no staff in charge during my breakfast time 7-8 am (Or maybe they are very very very busy). At that time there was a group, very chaos, no clean space available, limited stock of food and drink. You guys, need to be serious in competitive Hospitality Industry. There are many other hotels around you that offer much better facilities and comfort, at an attractive price

As my title states, "It's 2 Stars". There is dirty stains on things, most likely mold. The towels are past their use-by-date and the room felt like it needed a good scrub and paint. The shower pressure was no more than a trickle. Not having a fridge in the room is annoying and unusual, and no jug for coffee or tea. However, I knew what I was walking into when I booked, so I'm not whinging. It was a last minute, 4 day trip, and I booked this hotel for the location. On the plus side, the staff are wonderful and can't do enough to help and the food at breakfast is fresh, delicious and varied each morning. So to sum up, if you want a great hotel, book somewhere else.

It is just a hotel to sleep. One of the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. Asked them a booking confirmation letter for my travel documents before 3 days of my visit, but still now there is no email in my inbox! However managed to avail visa on arrival by providing a voucher which one was provided by my travel agent. Anyway, checked in on 31st August 2018 for two nights. Room was 215. Very low room amenities even the hand basin placed inside the room. Moreover we asked an extra pillow but they used to charge for the extra around $2, again asked couple of glasses to drink but they refused to provide. Employees are expert to show you attitude during all services. Especially the reception staffs. Never recommending anybody to stay.
