Located a bit away from Kuta, but you can walk to the restaurants and shopping areas. There is a quiet stretch of the road when walking back from Kuta to the hotel. Facing the beach and there is a flea market on close to the hotel. Good spread in Breakfast. There are taxis parked in front which can be hired for day trips after some negotiation. as always be careful of hard to believe exchange rates on currency in the shops around and always count the cash before leaving the shop.
We had booked room for six days. Room was small and place is noisy. All sounds from street (we had room with ocean view) and from aile was heard in our room. We had booked room with one king size bed - we had two single beds in our room. Hotel fixed that problem. Air condition was noisy and first night I thought there is someone snoring in next room. But no, it was air condition. Because anyone doesn’t snore 24/7. 😄 The whole hotel was dirty - floors, tables, windows.. if you were walking without slippers your feet were dirty after few minutes. Some of smoking points were inside the hotel, not outside. Hotel is large, there are over 350 rooms. Pool area is very small, there are only 14 sunbeds and couple sofas there. So people reserves sunbeds right after 8 am to get a place where to take sun. Last morning all sunbeds were in use at 8.45. There is an other pool, infinity pool. There are also ~15 sunbeds and same number of chairs. However there is no shadow places almost at all. Peolpe also drink their drinks in infinity pool which is not so nice.. So basically you are swimming in water where is also coffee, bear, strawberry daiquiri etc. Breakfast - well there was plenty of choices. But even though I think that wasn’t the best one breakfast buffet. It should be quality, not number of choices. We ate twice dinner (not buffet but a la carte) at hotel and that was good and tasty. Room service worked very well. Spa treatments were cheaper than in other resorts. Also service was excellent. Pros and cons Cons - Dirty - Small pool area - Breakfast - Ocean view room is noisy - No free water available at pool area Pros - Spa - Service attitude - Dinner Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again and I can’t recommend this hotel. The biggest problem was super small pool area.…
Our room was upgraded to a suite upon arrival. Great location. Staff went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and each night there was a themed evening meal. Only downfall was the infinity pool was closed for renovations. Definitely will come again!
Unfortunately due to Cornavirus we only got to stay one night. That night was a night to remember. The resort is entitled to more then five stars. EVERYTHING was exceptional. The upgraded room was one of the best I have been in . The bed was definitely the best be I have slept. The KAH restaurant was brilliant. servise was exceptional. Ervironment and cleansiness GOLD star class. I believe by far the best for a relaxing holiday it is the BEST. Sorry that you are affected by the corona virus epidemic You will bounce back even better than before. WE WILL BE BACK ---
I stayed at the Pullman Legian with my daughter and granddaughter for a girls trip. We absolutely loved everything about the Pullman and we will definitely be back! The suite was beautiful and the breakfast was to die for. The location is brilliant with everything within walking distance. The staff at the Pullman are exceptional especially Putu at the front. She went above and beyond to make our stay very special and she is a credit to the Pullman. I can’t wait to come back😎
