We stayed for one night as we needed a booking last minute. Our room had a lot of mould on the walls and linen wasn't very clean. Bathroom relatively clean but had no hot water. When we told reception they said they would send someone to fix the hot water but no one ever came. We had to check out,...

we stayed two nights in this hotel, the staff is not nice, they have little desire to work, cleanliness is very poor, we found dirty sheets and badly smelling of mold and damp. I had to sleep dressed like I was disgusted. when you shower the bathroom gets everywhere having no protection, even the towels are smelly, there really is...

I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2016. I had asked for a transportation in advance but did not get any reply from them. So when arriving, I was hoping to have someone picking me from the airport... And no one did. I called the place and they said they only have transportation until 4 pm (it was around...

Hubby and I stayed 5 nights recently at the Suriwathi. It is a older hotel in a very good location close to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The room was very big, plenty of space with a lounge as well as the usual tv, fridge etc. Bathroom also very large with both a shower over bath and separate shower...

I am just back from my 63rd trip to Bali since 2001 and I realised that of these visits, over 50 of my stays would be at Suriwathi. I love this place, have met so many regular visitors and staying there feels like I am going to my weekender, just wish I was from Perth, not Sydney so I could...

Very disappointing stay.. Lucky only 2 nights spent here. Towels and linen grey which I can live with but they were also stained which was not so nice and bedspread needed a good clean. Bathroom toilet leaked all over the floor which meant wearing footwear to use the toilet.. Told staff about toilet but all they did was mop the...

Stayed here for our first 3 nights in Bali, very easy to find and about 10 min drive in a taxi from the airport. The area is very busy and built up but Suriwathi is a nice quiet haven in the midst of the greater Legian/ Kuta area. The staff were very pleasant and the ai rconditioning in the room...

It's not the Padma but neither are the prices. The standard basic rooms can best be described as backpackers rooms (no fridge & tiny), but the next step up is well worth a few extra $. The Rooms are quite large, bathrooms adequate & large bed or 2 King singles. This time my room was at the back which was...
